• Su-nu (5/5): 除了入住密碼資訊沒有收到，到現場才反應才補發，其餘方面還不錯，尤其是地點離地鐵站很近，餐桌太低席地而坐，住宿外圍顯得老舊，但裡面光線整潔度還不錯 - 地點 沒收到入住密碼資訊，在門口弄半天進不去

• Prof. Dr. Jiré Emine (2/5): Worst stay in Japan so far - Good location stay away from this place. From the moment you arrive at the building, it is clear that something is wrong. The exterior is very poorly maintained and visibly dirty - which usually doesn’t exist in Japan. The elevator is unsafe and dysfunctional – the light barrier is broken, so the doors keep closing on you while you are trying to enter. Inside, the elevator is filthy and smells bad. The entire building and complex are in a neglected condition. This is not a coincidence: out of roughly 26 units in the building, around 16 are managed by the same company. This appears to be a large-scale short-term rental operation, and the lack of care reflects that. The listing itself is misleading. It suggests proper sleeping arrangements in two rooms, but in reality there is only one actual bed. The second room contains two worn-out, uneven mattresses placed directly on a cold, hard floor (a concrete base with thin laminate on top). It is uncomfortable and gets cold at night. The air conditioning units are clearly not cleaned. After a couple of days, we started coughing, which raises serious concerns about air quality and hygiene. Almost everything in the apartment is broken or in poor condition: Trash bins are damaged Shower heads barely function Fixtures are worn out and unreliable Curtains are extremely dirty and full of dust Cleanliness is only superficial at best. Windows and window frames are dirty, and overall hygiene is far below any acceptable standard. At most, this place might seem acceptable to very undemanding or very young travelers — but even then, the level of dust and the unclean air conditioning make it an unhealthy environment. Considering all of this, it is completely unreasonable to charge the kind of price this place demands. What is particularly concerning is how the positive reviews come about. After your stay, the host pressures you to leave a perfect 10/10 rating in exchange for a voucher.
• Martin (8/5): Gut gelegenes Appartement - Das Appartement liegt nahe bei einem JR Bahnhof. In der Umgebung hat es viele Restaurants und Läden. Gleich um die Ecke ein 7Eleven. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einzig ein Esstisch fehlt. Der Kundenservice reagiert prompt und ist, wie in Japan üblich, sehr freundlich.
• SEBASTIEN (10/5): Un havre de paix à 3mn à pied de la Yamanote Line - Tout était parfait emplacement idéal, quartier calme, équipements complets dans l’établissement, gentillesse de l’hôte, facilité pour Check in et Check Out. Un vrai bonheur. Rien car c’était impeccable

• Wanyu (8/5): 優點：入住的手冊都寫的滿清楚的，民宿主人回覆訊息很快，不會找不到人。缺點：覺得房間的清潔要再加強，很多明顯的灰塵，地板也沙沙的。隔音沒有太好，如果隔壁大聲說話是聽得到的 - 民宿主人很快回覆訊息，很即時解決問題 房間的清潔可以再加強

• Lewis (10/5): Lovely place to stay, would definitely come back next time I’m in Tokyo! - Great location and well connected, beds super comfortable, it’s also very spacious which is a great plus over staying in a hotel as the rooms are always small. Liked everything :)

• Rosline (10/5): - The apartment is clean with good amenities. Correspondences with host was fast and clear. The location is about 3minutes walk to station with great access to supermarts and eateries.

• Gervasio (8/5): Buen alojamiento en Tokio. - Estaba muy cerca de una estación de tren de la línea yamanote a dos minutos caminando. Amplio, perfecto para una familia de cuatro miembros. Cocina completa aunque no cocine en el apartamento. La lavadora/secadora es enorme y funciona bien. Cuando llegamos a las cuatro de la tarde el apartamento no estaba limpio pero contestaron enseguida y pudimos entran a las 6 sin problemas. No depende el propietario pero en el edificio, el hall de entrada no estaba limpio ni las zonas comunes lo que no da buena impresión cuando llegas. El apartamento necesitaría una mejora en cuanto a pintura, mejorar la limpieza debajo de los muebles, y el extractor del baño que no se veía limpio.

We manage for early checkin without paying anything extra.Location 100%.so convenient to go anywhere..the best part I am a muslim and there is a halal supermarket very near to our apartment just like 2min walk and a very delicious Indian restaurant call taj restaurant just opposite our apartment!!!serve superb food!!the apartment is really suitable for muslim travellers!!! Would definite recommend others!! The area with the toilet bowl attached is abit stinky. There is no bidet
