• Alessandro (5/5): - Ottima posizione Letti terribili, spazi angusti, finestre mal funzionanti, cucina mal servita- In generale è un posto solo per dormire ma non fornisce nessun confort di soggiorno come un divano, una televisione, o in generale uno spazio di vita che non sia il letto scomodissimo
• Sarah (3/5): - Die Unterkunft war leider sehr enttäuschend. Alles war sehr unsauber und die Zimmer extrem klein. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, die Betten teilweise beschädigt und die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, sodass man kaum bequem schlafen konnte. Außerdem waren die Fenster undicht – Wind und Lärm kamen direkt durch. Trotz Mai war es deshalb im Zimmer sehr kalt. Das einzige Positive war die zentrale Lage. Die Unterkunft lag direkt an der U-Bahn und man kam schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft trotzdem nicht weiterempfehlen.

The floor was broken and every step was cracking and noise, the pales were removed. The bathroom was small, the shower totally broken. • Mar (4/5): Pis petit i funcional, però brut i de llits incòmodes - El pis ofereix tots els serveis que puguis necessitar: planxa de roba, secador per al cabell, torradora, bullidor d'aigua, microones, wifi... El pis està al costat d'una parada de metro (fantàstic), però també d'una estació de tren i se sent molt soroll. A més, com que una de les dues habitacions dona al carrer principal cal sumar-hi el soroll del carrer, de la gent, dels cotxes, etc. Entre el soroll i la incomoditat dels llits, a les 5 am ja estàvem ben desperts. Sobre els llits: són incòmodes, els matalassos són vells i de molles, i et posis com et posis, tens molles clavades al cos. La neteja és nul·la: hi havia cabells a terra, una aranya morta a la dutxa, cabells a les parets de la dutxa i pols. No hi havia cap escombra per poder escombrar nosaltres.

• J.J (7/5): Basis appartement, bij stedentrip goede locatie. - Locatie vlak bij openbaar vervoer en supermarkt. Handig de cijfersloten bij ingang appartement. Matrassen zijn erg dun, je voelt alleen de veren van de matras. Voordeur aan straat kan niet op slot. Drukke weg, huis is erg gehorig, je hoort de bovenburen praten, douchen en naar toilet gaan.
• Chad (7/5): Decent accomodation sought at short notice. No real complaints. - Had issues getting into the property (My fault) the owner came out within 15 minutes and sorted it for me. The accomodation was clean and in a good location near Euston train station which was a big plus for us. The rooms are quite small and just found it a tad tight and uncomfortable especially with our 2 year-old. There was no TV which would have been a nice addition.

• WILLIAMS (1/5): - Bathroom nice and clean . There was a leak just inside the door .It was coming from the celling .This was not a good welcome. The shower was too low for my 6ft 4in son .Confusing signage saying no eating in the bedrooms but a table and 3 chairs were put in one bedroom .There was a cracked tile on the bathroom floor .
• Katia (3/5): Appartamento trascurato, passabile per un breve soggiorno - La pozione Quando siamo arrivati alle 2.30 i codici per l'accesso non erano giusti, abbiamo dovuto contattare i proprietari che per fortuna ci hanno risposto subito. Appartamento assolutamente da rinnovare, si sentono i vicini, quando si cammina trema tutto, pulizia penosa, è da pulire TUTTO l'appartamento. La doccia aveva ancora capelli di altri ospiti, pavimento faceva schifo, veramente penosa. Quando ti stradi sul letto senti tutte le molle. Per due notti è fattibile se viene usato solo per dormire, per più notti lo sconsiglierei anche perché è molto stretto. Entra anche aria fredda dalle finestre, non è ben isolato. Consigliamo di dormire con pigiami invernali soprattutto in questa stagione.

Las almohadas súper finas y gastadas, losas rotas , q entre el baño y me corto y encima se lo mando al del alojamiento me ignoro y luego dijo q eso no eshaba roto. Hay humedad en el techo , no quisieron darnos mas toallas a. Pesar de q no hay donde secar. Hace mucho frío y la estufa prácticamente no funciona , le pregunte y me contestó al dia siguiente, 24 horas nosotros pasando frío y encima ni va bien. Le escribía no me contestaba, le llamaba y me colgaba diciendo a esta conduciendo. 600 euros casi para 3 noches nefastas. Paredes sucia. Nos encontramos calcetines usados y sucios de otras personas. El armario lleno de polvo , nos ensucio la ropa. La cocina esta bien. No hay sala de estar.

• Iloh (5/5): Just Average was the train station location that made it good. - The rooms where clean but the hallway and stairs where untidy and dirty. The space and the fact that the host had work getting done at night he also knocked on the door at midnight to ask if my kids had gone up the proceeded to say he would check the cameras.

• Nickie (5/5): Location was great, it's on a very busy noisy road that doesn't sleep & lack of comms soured trip - The location of the apartment was perfect - just a two-minute walk to Euston Station. There was a newsagents and a Weatherspoon's a few feet away so that was good for breakfast and essentials. Communication for the door code etc was sent over on time with clear instructions. Communication with the owner was limited. When i enquired as to where the living room was the reply was 'hi, there is no living room here' which confused me as the listing with pictures of our apartment said: "This apartment consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries." On the Sunday night of our stay there was a big downpour of rain in London. At 3am Monday morning we were woken up to water pouring out of the ceiling and the floor in one of the bedrooms was sopping wet throughout, the water had also poured onto the table where the laptop was. We sleepily dealt with the mess and cleared everything as best we could - and at 8am I rang the owner and left a voicemail, and sent messages through booking.com to alert them of the situation which had not only disturbed our sleep but we were worried about the apartment and leaving it in such a way and were anxious in case the host needed to come around urgently - that message was sent over a week ago now and we have never had a single response! We left a freezer drawer and towels to help catch the water which was still coming through the ceiling at 10am so can only assume the owner deals with this problem regularly and didn't feel the need to message and reassure us of this - which is a shame!
• Jane (2/5): Avoid - Nothing. All of it. The kitchen was tiny the beds uncomfortable, we had to climb a tiny set of stairs with our suitcases. Security was non existent a good swift kick would open any of the doors and there were no locks on the windows. There is no lounge area and the dining table is in one of the bedrooms. The pictures are of two different bathrooms there is only one and it’s not great. We didn’t even stay. Took one look at it and booked accomodation else where.

• Damian (5/5): ok stay due to location. - excellent location is the only thing going for this property. The kitchen had good facilities as well and plenty of hot water. If you were not bothered about comfort and cleanliness this would be right up ur street. property is in very bad need of a total up date, in every aspect. shower worked but held in by duct tape, shower and shower door not clean, full of lime scale, main rain shower blocked with lime. bed mattress in both rooms were poor, also only 2 flat pillows on each bed, main room was where the breakfast table is, so if you don't mind your mates eating their cornflakes while u are sleeping it's perfect. The main stairs to the rooms would be dangerous for anyone with hip or knee problems. The out side of the building was shocking, main door was dire with the security of the door was very poor.

• Rebecca (9/5): Fantastic value for money clean, comfortable and great location - Absolutely great location, bedding linings and towels were crisp & white, bed was comfortable, bathroom has hand wash and shower gel and plenty of toilet paper was very clean and fresh. The kitchen hard impeccably clean oven hob fridge and freezer and had tea coffee and sugar and salt supplied with beautiful fall length window which was stunning overall extremely good value lovely and clean and very comfortable, and the location was less than a minute to the Euston station in 5 minutes walk from the NA convention 1 minute to the local coffee shop and less than 30 seconds to the nearest newsagent supplying milk food drinks cigarettes and papers with another little shop less than one minute away selling fresh fruit and vegetables meals hairspray another things you might have forgotten on your trip considering it was exceptionally hot over the weekend it remained cool throughout The only thing that was wrong was the shower connector was broken but to be honest the water pressure was very high so it was lovely and Powerful and the temperature stayed consistent throughout the shower but I can see if you had little children needing a shower that the holder for the shower head might be a bit tricky as it was broken but to be honest that's not a big issue for me or my friend who stayed and just on a little note the curtains could do with hanging properly but I wasn't too bothered about that in all honesty

The apartment was tiny and we felt we couldn't stay there. We found alternative accommodation. I would appreciate a refund of the £290 paid please.

Then i had to call the owner after he moved us another room the was not clean.,not organised nothing at all we had wait almost three hours. We paid lot of money but we are not satisfied at all about their sevices. They need to good communication with people. Organised clean and make people satisfied.

Has a kitchen to cook food but nowhere to eat it. - The location was the only good thing Leak in the main bedroom ceiling with bowl positioned beneath to catch the water. Nice first impression. Advertised living room. Where? Only had 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Did however have a notice telling us no food or drink allowed in the bedrooms. Unfortunately both the kitchen and the bathroom was too small to eat in. So we ate out.

• Dong (7/5): Excellent location, good value but can be better with some minor maintenance work. - location is great. two minutes' walk from the Euston tube station and 10 minutes' walk from the King cross tube station and Pancras train station. One minute walk to a Santander bike station. two bedrooms offer a good privacy for my teenage son. Although the essential facilities are functional well. The flat can be better maintained to make guests feel better, such as shower door can't be properly closed. the shower head connection was broken. The toilet cover was loosed. Curton hanging ring in one bedroom should be fixed better.

• Shiakolas (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. You can go everywhere on foot. The space wasn't big enough but the price was okay.
• Margie (5/5): Average stay. Reasonable price for the area - Location. It was clean. There was a good amount of supplies. Good price for UK. The stairs were plastered earlier that day and the whole area smelt like chemicals. The stairs were steep and narrow so the plaster came off into our bags.The 3 flights of narrow stairs should've been disclosed in advertising. We are all in our 60's and one has a Pace maker. Knowing the stairs and upstairs level would have changed our minds. The building is not level so the bags just roll down the room unless you secure them. Streets were littered with garbage bags all three days.
• Harjeet (8/5): Excellent location, great host, great value for money - Location was really good. Thankfully we were on the first floor, since we had strollers as well as luggage, but didn't know that it woukd be accessible by stairs. The facilities were great! Having a kitchen was a bonus! The heating didn't work the first night even though someone came twice to look at it. Thankfully the host came on the 2nd day and fixed the heat. Felt the service was good and the host took care of our needs. Wish there was at least one TV. Woukd have preferred one bedroom to be a sitting room with sofa bed and TV.
• Dilara (4/5): Disappointment! It is not worth the amount of money I paid. - Close to Camden, Euston underground just 2 min away from the accommodation. Check in said 2pm, we arrived 30 min past the check in time and the cleaners didn’t even start with preparing the rooms. It was an unpleasant view to see how disgusting the condition was. They told us to come 20 min later so they could fix but it was not possible to even clean the kitchen in those 20 min. We got the room “Clean” at 4.30 pm. The room was “clean” but they forgot to empty the fridge, so me and my friend needed to throw away old food that the guests before us had eaten (we are talking about old sushi for ex).
