• Anne-Claude (6/5): Quelques travaux de réparation à faire - L'emplacement et la petite terrasse. La douche qui fuit, le robinet de la cuisine qui bouge beaucoup, la porte des WC qui ne ferme pas, la grosse toile d'araignée dans les WC. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas obtenir de capsules à café compatibles avec la machine à café, à la Coop juste en face.
• KS (10/5): Location, Location, Location - The small flat is located ca 10 Minutes feom Lugano main station (by bus), and a good 20 minutes walknfrom the lake. 15 minutes to nice outdoor trails in the other direction. There are two supermarkets nearby. It has a small room with a very comfortable double bed and integrated kitchen and a small bath. Enough for two people for a week. The hosts are very nice. Although check-in was contactless and automatized, the management was very helpful in providing us the Ticino tickets (savings of ca 100Chf on transport and cable car). The walls are thin. However, the neighbours did not party so it was quiet at night so no problem.
• Maryna Derevianko (9/5): - Приємний господар, зручне розташування, гарне помешкання. Інтернет не змогли підключити, хоч і перезавантажували роутер багато разів. На кухнній поверхні замало місця.
• Ulysse (8/5): - Pulizia dell'appartamento, dotato di piano cottura con pentole e frigo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, parcheggio coperto molto comodo (non è facile trovare un parcheggio a Lugano), posizione abbastanza vicina al centro, attenzione e disponibilità dello staff (tramite telefono). Appartamento di piccole dimensioni, il WiFi non funzionava e di conseguenza neppure la TV in quanto richiedere una connessione internet. Aspetti negativi che tuttavia non hanno pesato tanto sul giudizio finale del soggiorno che rimane positivo.

• Andrii (7/5): - Месторасположение, пешком недалеко от центра,рядом супермаркеты , автобусная остановка.В апартаментах чисто ,матрац и подушки удобные,было чисто и уютно. Не было микроволновой печи,тостерницы,хотя в описании номера они значились . Звукоизоляция плохая ,режим тишины не соблюдается, до 2 ночи каждую ночь крики громкие разговоры слышно, мешает спать.

• Maria (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und mit dem Bus bequem zu erreichen Wenn ich eine Nachricht geschrieben habe, habe ich sehr schnell eine Nachricht bekommen Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht Kühlschranktür locker Ein wenig bescheiden für das Schweizer Verhältnis Langsam finde ich es Schade, keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter

• Lenniii (9/5): - Es tal cual a las fotos, la cama es muy cómoda, la zona es estupenda, está cerca del centro y hasta tienes un supermercado en la misma puerta , es una zona tranquila. Me ha gustado mucho, lo recomiendo.
