• Joyce (10/5): Great place to stay - recommend!! - The location is perfect1. I was driving and could park my car in the garage which was secure and accessible directly to the apartment. Close to the train station which made it accessible to connections to move around rather than drive. Communication was also very easy and quick. I will definitely come again when I’m in Mannheim again.

• Nils (10/5): - Exceptional appartment, fantastic location at Mannheim Central Station. Great parking. Staff fantastic, great support with instructional videos (e.g How To access the parking) Very child friendly appartment, approved by our toddler. Will definitely stay here again. While beds, kitchen and toilet were clean, there was some dust under some of the furniture.

• EIRINI (2/5): Not worth the trouble - Location is okay if you are visiting mannheim close restaurants but that’s it We arrived later in the day the key was not in the mailbox we were left on the street for a long time trying to book another place. Support was not answering the key was truths out in another box for another room. Not once did the on site people that came later apologised. We insisted on a late check out. Building is weird, room had one towel for two people, dust and glitter from previous guests all over the room. Disgusting and disappointing. Not worth more than 60 euros per night. We should have asked for a full compensation seeing they didn’t offer anything themselves for all the trouble.

• Daniel (10/5): - Da ich auf Städtetripps immer mein Fahrrad für Erkundungen dabei habe, suche ich immer FW mit Parkplatz. Perfekt 👍🏻, hier war sogar eine Tiefgarage dabei. Fahrzeug sicher und somit kein Stress. Lage top, direkt am Bahnhof. Ebenfalls perfekt gelegen, für in alle Richtungen los zu laufen/fahren. Sehr zentral. Äußerst gepflegtes Haus mit Fahrstuhl👌🏼, Einrichtung modern und schick, wie zuhause. Direkt gegenüber, lecker Pizzeria und auch sonst, einiges zur Verpflegung in der Nähe. Ich war ein paar Tage in Mannheim und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön an den Vermieter(in). Ich komme sicher, sehr gerne wieder. Öhhh, gibt nichts😉

Für ein Hotel mit diesem Preisniveau hätte ich erwartet, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt werden."

• Yu-yen (9/5): It was a great stay, this apartment is recommended. - The location is perfect, and the staff provide nice service with quick and clear response. Cutlery and cooking utensils provided. The apartment was decorated just like the photos. The apartment website provides a lot of information which is helpful for travelers. The bed makes noise and the floor is not very soundproof. You need to walk quietly at night to avoid disturbing the neighbors. It is recommended that a code lock be installed at the key collection area. It would be better to install a security lock in the room that can be locked from the inside.

Was very , but very superficially cleaned , under the bed where the extra pillows were , was full of dust and hairs , as well under the sofa . Careful , it’s gets very hot inside the apartment.
• James (7/5): Overall, the location was convenient because so close to the train station. - The location is very close to the train station. We were able to watch some movies in English. Great shower and kitchen amenities. Enough towels for every guest. It was not clear if one could cook. There was a electric surface in the cabinet above the sink/counter, but it did not work. Not trash bags available. 90% of the instructions in the room in German and on a wall poster some instructions in English that did not match the instructions we had received prior to arriving to the location (where to leave the keys). Very noisy location: the windows had to be kept open because it was very hot, but from the street below where there are a couple of restaurants, the noise did not end until 2AM.
