• Alessandro (10/5): Ottimo! - Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole! L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e attento fin dal primo momento, premurandosi che fosse tutto in ordine e che non ci mancasse nulla. La posizione dell’alloggio è davvero un grande punto di forza: comodissima, praticamente in centro, perfetta per muoversi facilmente e raggiungere tutto a piedi. Casa accogliente e esperienza assolutamente positiva. Consigliato!

• JOSE LUIS (7/5): APARTAMENTO muy BIEN SITUADO, ajustad las expectativas, esta bien, pero es un notable - La ubicación del apartamento. Es lo mejor que tiene. También la estructura del piso, con cierto encanto. No me gustó que no hubiera trato personal con los gestores de la vivienda, que no tuviera cafetera de cápsulas, y que el mantenimiento en general sin ser desastroso, es muy mejorable. El menaje justísimo para 4, 4 copas, 4 vasos. No cocinamos en la vivienda, pero es muy ajustado. El tema de los tramos de escalera para coger el ascensor y que es muy raro. La ducha al menos de la habitación con 2 camas, no tiene telefonillo, solo la alcachofa superior como si fuese de piscina. Y desde luego que el baño de la habitación de matrimonio no tenga puerta es incomprensible, y muy molesto la verdad.

Also, first time i saw that if we leave any garbage in the garbage bin, it will be charged additionally. Also, batery in the bathroom was broken.

• Gwion (9/5): Very enjoyable. - The location was very good, very central and in quite a smart street with only walking traffic and close to the Church of Carmen. The apartment was quite large with a small balcony overlooking the street and church. Pepe, our host was very helpful. The television didn't work (there was no signal).

• Isabelle (7/5): Goed gelegen appartement tussen Maria Zambrano station en het centrum - voldoende ruim, vlakbij station en supermarkten inchecken met het sleutelkluisje was heel gemakkelijk lakens en handdoeken waren proper de bedden (matrassen en zetelbed) zijn niet echt degelijk. zetelbed eigenlijk niet geschikt om een week op te slapen. de ene douchedeur kon niet toe (veel lekkage), duurt ook heel lang voor er warm water is en handsproeier werkt niet in de 2e douche. wc in de slaapkamers is minder handig.

Es gibt keine Tür zum WC/Bad. Kein Geschirrtuch, kein Salz, Pfeffer. Die Lampenschirme passen nicht auf die Lampen. Dusche defekt

• Aleksandra (10/5): Przyjemny pobyt z rodziną. Serdecznie polecam! - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko centrum. Obiekt dobrze wyposażony. Czysty. Cicha, spokojna okolica. Właściciel jest bardzo pomocny - łatwy kontakt, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. W sąsiedztwie znajduje się targowisko, restauracje, świetna pizzeria, kawiarnie, Churrería. Serdecznie polecam!

• maurizio (7/5): escursione al caminito del rey e cordoba e varie - la posizione , che e' stata scelta esclusivamente per gli spostamenti . la pulizia dei filtri condizionatore aria , troppo sporchi.. la porta d ingresso doccia , non si chiudeva bene causa guarnizione non allineata,con conseguente fuoriuscita acqua sul pavimento.

• Lourdes (8/5): - La ubicación y la amplitud adecuada para 4 personas. En general está bien No funcionaban la calefacción ni radiadores en las habitaciones. No había alfombrilla para la ducha. El grifo del lavabo de la habitación prácticamente no echaba agua. Aconsejo renovar utensilios de limpieza ( Cepillo,fregona..) son detalles que dicen mucho de la limpieza de una vivienda

• Ivan (9/5): Apartamento espacioso y cerca de muchas conexiones de transporte - El apartamento es muy grande y cómodo. Está entre la estación de trenes y el centro, lo cual lo hace muy bueno para los viajantes que vienen en tren o avión. Por la noche no hay ruidos y se puede dormir bien. Es un apartamento muy bueno para familias. La connexion del teléfono móvil no era muy buena por el edificio en sí.

• Duc (8/5): Nette appartement met prachtig uitzicht - Nette en praktische appartement op een fantastisch lokatie. Veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt waaronder een zeer goed Italiaanse restaurant schuin beneden. Host reageerde snel op vragen. In een van de badkamer geen deur maar wel een afzuiging. Geen afzuiging in de andere badkamer met deur. Geen keukendoek.

• ELOY (6/5): - Ubicacion Las dos duchas estaban atascadas y no tragaban el agua. La hora de entrada es a las 15.00h pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que hasta las 18.00h no estaría listo. Además uno de los dos baños no tiene puerta

Para el ingreso al departamento hay que subir por escaleras porque el ascensor va de entre pisos, o sea que al y también al bajar. Se dificultó el horario de ingreso. Era a las 15 hs y pudimos acceder a las 18 hs. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente.
• Bonnie (8/5): - The location was very good, 5 minutes from the train station. 15 minutes walk to the historic part of Malaga, also close to the subway station. You had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator and when you got out the elevator you had to walk up another flight of stairs to get to the flat.

• Monika (8/5): Obecně místo krásné, apartmán hezky a pohodlný. - Líbilo, moc ;) Koupelna a kuchyň bych brala více čistou, musela jsem umýt než jsme používali, nádobí špinavé, kávovar nefunkční a smrděl, lednice by mohla být také více čistá.

• Bryony (9/5): Great place for value for money - Very spacious living area and lots of light and space for belongings. The owners communication was great, let us know where to collect keys from and wifi information. It is around a 15 minute walk to the main centre which was great, lots of things nearby. One of the bathrooms did not have a door which was not great for privacy. Only given one toilet roll per bathroom between 5 people staying 3 nights.

• Christy (7/5): Potential to be a really nice place but a few issues! - Good location for us - walking distance to the train station, bus station and the city centre. Apartment is in a nice area with shops close by and a few places to eat on the doorstep. Bright living space with the doors open. 2 comfortable single beds, a nice big double and a sofa bed. Kitchen had all the essentials. We arrived in Malaga at 10am and knew this would be too early to check in as it was listed as 3pm. I got a message from the host with details and when I her know that we had already arrived, she stressed that 3pm is the earliest check in. No problem. We walked around town for the day and walked towards the flat at 2pm hoping it would be ready slightly early. We checked the key box but the keys weren’t there, so we grabbed a drink at the cafe down the street. At 3pm we checked the key box and the keys still weren’t there. I messaged the host to ask and was told they are definitely there and was sent a picture of keys in a different key box. We ended up sorting this out and entering the flat 30 mins later. Not too bad but could have been a lot better. We had a few issues logging into the wifi. The host was really responsive via text stressing that the password was correct despite us copy and pasting the password in from the picture she had sent earlier. After a while, it started working. I’m not sure if this was our phones or if something was turned on somewhere! The WiFi was good but didn’t reach the rear bedroom. It was nice to have a couple of shower rooms attached to the bedrooms but both needed work. Both showers leaked quite badly onto the floor and soaked the only floor towels we were given early on. In the rear bedrooms shower room, the seal actually came off altogether meaning that when the shower was running, water would spray out quite badly onto the floor. I messaged the host with a picture of the seal and what had happened but received no response or apology. I assumed they were sick of speaking to me because I had been in contact about the keys and wifi already! As I couldn’t get the seal back on, I spent the remainder of the trip using the shower on very low power so it didn’t spray water everywhere. A very 1st world problem but for the money we spent, I thought this was pretty poor.

• Jo (5/5): Not as good as the photos, basic facilities and it’s a good 15/20minute walk to the centre - Clean It’s far out of the centre and the accommodation is very basic inside . Thin towels, very basic toiletries, a bar of soap and sachet of cheap shower gel. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. The kitchen had no wine glasses and when we requested some we were told they weren’t on the itinerary. However there were champagne flutes .
