Jessica (1/5): - Prédio mto simples , tem melhores por esse valor, com localização bem melhor. Suporte horrível, não respondem , pedem um caução de 500 reais pra entrar, me falaram que no checkout devolveriam, e até agora nem me responderam.

Letícia Mayumi (8/5): - A localização é boa porém como vários locais em São Paulo, a gente nunca espera pelas ladeiras, andar a pé na região cansa um pouco. O banheiro estava razoavelmente limpo. Infelizmente também pelo booking tem que acertar um caução razoável, eu não sabia ou não me atentei a isso! Pelo Airbnb não precisa, fica a dica aí, só soube depois. Tem o inconveniente de sempre ao entrar falar com o porteiro para se identificar. Fora isso o local é bem silencioso e confortável, chuveiro bom também!
Georgeana (7/5): - Localização (mercado, metrô e restaurantes/cafés próximos), conforto das camas, chuveiro, cafeteira e demais utensílios de cozinha disponíveis. Poderia ter ganchos para as toalhas no banheiro e, no quarto, mais espaço para guardar itens pessoais (a única estante tem vários itens de decoração). Cadastramos biometria, mas não havia reconhecimento facial na portaria (ou não estava funcionando...).
