- Dennisdb (7/5): Budget-optie voor een groep - Locatie is goed: op een kwartier lopen van het stadscentrum, met een OV halte voor de deur. Appartement zelf is zeer sober, maar heeft wel zes oké bedden en een prima badkamer. Het gebouw zelf voelde wat shady aan, wij hadden de indruk dat in het appartement tegenover ons drugsdealers zaten. Het was behoorlijk gehorig: als je in bed ligt hoor je vrijwel alles wat er buiten gebeurd (met raam dicht) en hoor je ook de buren. Niet alle bedden waren comfortabel en kraakten. Dat gold ook voor de deuren en de wc-bril die kapot was.
- Sylwia (9/5): Saubere und komfortable Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln - Es gab keinerlei Probleme bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter – alles verlief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, einladend und komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass wir uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt haben. Einziger Minuspunkt war die kaputte Toilettenbrille, die ständig herunterfiel, sowie das schwach funktionierende Internet. Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten behoben werden, ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

- Heike (5/5): Für uns nicht empfehlenswert - Wohnung war sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür die Haltestelle der U43 und nach zwei Haltestellen war man im Stadtzentrum. Wohnung befand sich im 4. OG - kein Aufzug. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem 4jährigen Kind dort. Die Wohnung war absolut spärlich ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es einen Tisch mit vier Stühle, wenn nicht in den anderen Zimmern noch ein Stuhl gestanden hätte, hätten nicht mal alle einen Platz gehabt. Es gab nicht für jeden eine Kaffeetasse, wir mussten uns mit Trinkgläser aushelfen. In der Spüle gab es nicht mal einen Stöpsel oder Schüssel, damit man Wasser zum Geschirr spülen einlassen konnte. Die Wohnung war auch sehr hellhörig.
- Paula (6/5): Good location, 3 rooms, but 4th floor without elevator. - There were 3 rooms, which was convenient for a group of 5 people. Also, the location was good, close to supermarket and the city center. Regarding the hot water, we never ran out - even with a large group. That was good. The beds weren't that comfortable, and they made some noises during the night. There were only 2 toilet paper for a week and 5 people - it wasn't enough. The wifi didn't work perfectly. Overall, the apartment could use some maintenance.
