• Jeanne (7/5): Bon point de chute et prix attractif mais ne cherchez pas le grand confort ici. - L’espace est plutôt grand et assez bien placé pour visiter tout Hanoi à pieds. Entre 5 et 40 min à pieds de tous les lieux de visites. Eau chaude. Il n’y a pas de réception c’est un appartement autonome, facile à trouver et le loueur est très accessible, il répond rapidement et est arrangeant (nous avons pu prolonger au dernier moment) Le lit est moyennement confortable mais au vu du prix ça fait amplement l’affaire, nous avons vu pire. Matériel de toilette fourni. Extrêmement bruyant le matin, si vous voulez vous réveiller après 8h ça sera compliqué. Mais je n’ai pas réussi à déterminer si ça venait de l’immeuble ou de la rue (peut-être des travaux). Nous n’avons que mangé dehors mais si nous voulions faire à manger, le matériel est très obsolète. La fuite d’un tuyaux dans la SDB (sûrement lié à la Clim) fait qu’elle est tout le temps trempée mais des claquettes sont fournies. Attention, c’est précisé mais pas de fenêtre extérieur, elle donne sur le couloir, des rideaux occultants seraient bienvenus. Petites fourmis si vous laissez à manger ouvert.
• Madlene (8/5): Für Stadtaufenthalt super - Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Steht zu jeder Zeit bereit, wenn man irgendwas benötigt. Lage ist ganz okay, mit einem Roller ist man überall schnell. Zum Übernachten hat es super gepasst. Küche hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wenn man duscht ist immer das komplette Badezimmer nass. Ist aber im asiatischen Raum häufig der Fall.

• Feray (4/5): So many problems - Location is not great, it takes 15-20 min to Old Quarter. Hard to find in a back street. There is a fruit & vegetable market in front of it every day chaos, so traffic and noisy. The room has no light, the window overlooks the stairs. We constantly listened to the crying child of a Vietnamese family on the side apartment. I stayed many hotels in Hanoi, every hotel serves free drinking water but this apart does not even serve welcoming free water. The kitchen utensils are not usable. Also I stayed only 2 nights but The sink was leaking as you see photo.The owner tried to help and send repairman. Nobody wants to deal with these problems for 2 nights. Before check-in process, they should have control.
• Tobias (6/5): Cheap spacious apartment. Bad location - Spacious apartment and good price When we arrived we could not get in. The communication with the owner was bad. Some other people staying let us in after 30 minutes. The location is 30 minutes walk from old town.

• Hubert (7/5): Good - Private bathroom, spacious, quite close to the city, nearby train station. Overall I would stay there again Basic kitchen, microwave did not work, and it was not easy to find that spot but I guess that is not the only place hard to find in hanoi.

The room was cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need. The decor was tasteful, combining modern comforts with a touch of local culture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring.
