• Gábor (10/5): Kozponti elhelyezkedesu,nagyon jol felszerelt szallas. - Nagyon jo helyen,a kozpontban volt,a setanytol par szaz meterre. Tiszta,kenyelmes es nagyon jol felszerelt volt. Barmikor visszamennek oda es szerintem fogunk is.

• Pavel (5/5): - Prostorný pokoj. Velmi špinavá a zapáchající koupelna, mini koupelna, chybějící nádobí v kuchyni, velmi měkké postele.
• Julia (5/5): Niekomfortowo, brudno, dobra lokalizacja - Lokalizacja świetna, miły właściciel, parking (płatny) przy samym bloku Bardzo bardzo brudno, naczynia oklejone przez co zrezygnowałyśmy z jedzenia w mieszkaniu. Balkon w stanie tragicznym, pomijając już kupy gołębi na balkonie leżały mopy, stare brudne ścierki. Mieszkanie nadaje się do generalnego czyszczenia i remontu. Okna nie szczelne, wszystko, dosłownie wszystko słychać z ulicy. Karaluch znaleziony w łazience i w opakowaniu od dodatkowego materaca.

Хозяин отзывчивый Была вынуждена ночью ждать около 30 минут ответа сообщение, как получить ключ от апартаментов. Мебель и техника уставшие, мало розеток.

• Abdulah JAmak (4/5): - Location is great The property is very dirty, has cocroaches and other bugs. Everything is just semi cleaned. Its very old and not working properly. The ac is so noisy and sprays water down in the room. You even get a cocroaches spray during your stay to kill them. The building is also very dirty. The apartment is basically a very old apartment just semi furnished woth older equipment to sell here and the photos are misleading. The apartment had the cheapest refurnishment possible. Bathroom is also very dirty, smelly and the hotspot for cocroaches.

• Elisabetta (6/5): Bell'appartamento, con poco può diventare ottimo - Ottima la posizione dell'appartamento, in pieno centro e vicino alla spiaggia. Dal terrazzo c'è una splendida vista sulla chiesa di S. Lazzaro e la piazza antistante. Disponibili a un passo tutti i servizi: bar, ristoranti, minimarket, mercato coperto e un grande parcheggio (a pagamento ma con prezzi molto contenuti - 3 euro/giorno) proprio sotto casa. Il bagno è veramente troppo piccolo e senza finestra. Il lavabo è proprio minuscolo e il vaso incassato tra lavabo e doccia: ad ogni uso, si bagna tutto il pavimento. La pulizia non è approfondita: il piano di lavoro e di cottura erano appiccicosi, dotazione di piatti e pentole minimale, non abbiamo cucinato qui. La TV non utilizzabile: c'è anche netflix ma il telecomando ha molti tasti non funzionanti, tanto che non siamo riusciti a togliere l'impostazione del greco. Presente lavatrice ma non funziona. Una sola chiave per 3 persone è un problema, soprattutto perchè togliendola dalla sede si distacca l'alimentazione elettrica. In pratica se un ospite resta in camera e gli altri escono la chiave deve rimanere lì.

Great customer service from owners- always responsive and ready to solve any issues. The TV might need replacing soon as there were many tech issues with it.

• Dinara (6/5): Pleasant - Location is amazing! Be prepared — it's very loud outside until late evening, and the apartment was not very clean when i arrived. If you're sensitive to noise or expect spotless cleanliness, this might not be the best choice. Otherwise, the location is convenient.

• Karine (10/5): A memorable stay with comfort and a stunning view! - A welcoming studio apartment right in the heart of the city — everything is just a short walk away: shops, cafes, the beach, the central market, and the main church. Super convenient! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary appliances and kitchenware (perfect even if you plan to cook at home). The absolute highlight is the balcony with its stunning view of the central square and the church. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything, even the smallest questions. The only thing that could be improved further is the water pressure — a bit stronger flow would make the shower experience even better.

The location is fantastic — close to everything you need, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only small downside is that it can be a bit noisy due to the central location, but that’s to be expected and not really anyone’s fault.

• Golemis (7/5): A good spot but .... - perfect location, but noisy because of live music taverna just below the apartment. Spacy room, good views, comfy bed. the tap in shower doesn't work properly. Kitchen not well equipped. Not even a wine opener. Also , too noisy until 1.30 in the night. Practically you can't sleep. But you can dance and sing in your apartment.

• Stefana (9/5): Great stay right by the beach in Larnaca - The location was great, very close to the beach. Also has a balcony which is nice and the light at sunset is amazing . The bed was comfortable. The kitchen well equipped , it even had a panini toaster . Good value , We recommend it! The bathroom overall is the only downside as it is a bit too small, it smelled (from the drainage perhaps) and The shower had NO pressure, the tap seemed broken so could do with an upgrade.
