• Paula (10/5): Excelente apartamento com conforto! - O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Bonito, confortável, espaçoso e bem decorado. Camas e travesseiros ótimos! Ar condicionada funcionando perfeitamente. chuveiro maravilhoso e tamanho de banheiro muito bom. Tem tudo para ter uma estadia agradável. Dá para cozinhar e pendurar as roupas de praia no varal, que é ótimo em uma cidade de praia. Perto de comércios como mercadinhos e restaurantes e da para ir andando na orla de Botafogo para fazer exercícios! Bairro silencioso, portaria simpático. Recomendo! as toalhas estavam com algumas manchas, mas nada demais, estavam limpas. senti falta de ter mais pratos. Mas para duas pessoas nos resolvemos bem.

• Daniel Vieira (10/5): Apartamento confortável em Botafogo - Vagas do estacionamento, força do chuveiro (ducha), decoração e mobília do apartamento Podia ter pano de prato, pratos de café da manhã, uma ou duas panelas maiores, Cafeteira dolce gusto e sabão e amaciante para usarmos a lava e seca.
• Tamy (5/5): Be prepared for inconveniences - The location is very good. The administrator's WhatsApp customer service staff are not at all polite to customers. I waited 40 minutes to enter the apart because the doorman called the pineapple company and no one answered to confirm my info, even though this should have been confirmed at check-in time. Absurd misinformation, and we didn't even get the courtesy of a late check-out. 1st, the phone is not answered, despite them saying they are available 24 hours a day. 2nd, they charge a fee for towels with makeup stains, etc., even though the towels themselves are already like that and extremely dirty utensils. 3. I booked for four people and there were only two towels. I asked for more as soon as I entered the property and they were only delivered the next day. 4. There were only four rolls of toilet paper for a ten-day booking for four people. I asked for more and was told that they don't do that. I found that unbelievable! 5. There are only three pans in the residence.
• ALDEMIR DE CARVALHO (6/5): Expectativa frustrada - Ótima localização, funcionários do prédio gentis e atenciosos. Organização do condomínio, bem como os avisos de procedimentos e prevenção de acidentes. Atendimento da empresa locatária foi horrível. Não atendiam telefone, não deram respostas das mensagens enviadas. Chuveiro de água quente não funcionou a estadia inteira, nos obrigando a tomar banho de água fria em uma temperatura ambiente menor que 20 graus. Foi avisado por mensagem do problema e não obtivemos retorno.
