• Georgi (10/5): Will definitely recommend - The host was extremely supportive. The place is a jump away from Taksim square, very spacious and enough for two families. Big living room, two bathrooms, big living room and three bedrooms. The best is that there is a parking in the building. We were with two cars and were not charged for their parking. There is 24 hour security and you can go out and come back with the car anytime you wish. It’s not the property fault, but all the streets around are hilly and you have to do a lot of climbing 😅 if you want to go anywhere.

• Faten (1/5): كانت من اسوء الشقق الي حجزتها من بوكينج وخلتني افكر جدياً اني احجز من موقع تاني غير بوكينج - اعجبتني الصور الي في موقع بوكينج وطلعت غير عن الحقيقه للاسف الشقه كانت سيئه جداً .. غرف النوم واللحف والمخدات غير نظيفه وقديمه ومهريه والحمامات وانتو بكرامه فيها روائح سيئه ما تحتمل طلبنا تغيير الشقه ومع الاسف لم يتم التعاون معانا لعدم وجود استقبال في ذلك الوقت .. ثم طلبنا تغيير اللحف والمخدات وتنظيف الحمامات وانتو بكرامه فجابو وحده اخدت نظره ومشيت وقالت انو المبنى دا مو من مسؤوليتها جلسنا حدود الثلاث ساعات واحنا طالعين ونازلين للاستقبال رغم اننا وصلنا متأخر على الساعه وحده اخر الليل وكنا جداً متعبين والوالده كبيره في السن في الاخير بعد البهدله قالولنا اجلسو اليوم في الشقه مجانا وبكرا نغير الشقه بالنسبه ليا دا اقتراح عقيم وما حللي المشكله الاساسيه واطرينا كلنا ننام في غرفه المعيشه لانها الوحيده الي نظيفه وصحينا من الصباح اخدنا عفشنا وخرجنا من الفندق ورحنا فندق تاني أنا عني مح انصح احد فيه لانو مافيه مصداقيه .. الصور غير والواقع الأليم غير تماماً
• Javier Ignacio (7/5): Cómodo pero sin cuidar - La amplitud del salón y la televisión. Buena calefacción a pesar del frío exterior. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio. Hay que tener en cuenta que en las fotos de Booking salen las fotos mezcladas de diferentes apartamentos. Además, no te permite seleccionar cuál prefieres. Desconocíamos esta información y nos tocó un apartamento con las siguientes características: en la habitación superior la ventana no cerraba y entraba aire frío; no disponíamos de un espacio de cocina y mesa para los 5 (nuestro apartamento no tenía barra en la cocina); en las habitaciones no había mesillas ni enchufes; algunos focos estaban fundidos; únicamente nos proporcionaron una bolsa de basura y una pastilla de lavavajillas para una estancia de 6 días, al solicitar más nos dijeron que no disponían de más, tampoco encontramos el detalle de bienvenida. En resumen, faltaba un mantenimiento general del apartamento. Por último, no es sencillo encontrar la entrada del apartamento, ya que en la dirección de booking no está bien el número ni el nombre del edificio.

• Zara (9/5): I would book this place every time we come to Istanbul! - The place was amazing! It was big enough for 8 people and 3 more big sofas! The kitchen was perfectly equipped, it was comfortable on every aspect! And best thing that was a surprise for us and it’s not yet shown in the photos is that we had a huge terrace and a jacuzzi!! 🤩 The neighborhood is perfect for walking, just minutes from Taksim square. There were enough parking spaces for our 2 cars without problem in an underground parking lot. I wouldn’t look for another place when coming to Istanbul anymore! The owners even left us a little gift before departure which was very kind! Thank you! Most of the staff at the reception for the building didn’t speak English, but we managed to understand each other with google translate so it’s a good idea to be prepared. They actually gave us a wrong apartament on the first night which was not the one we booked and we had to switch rooms on the next day, it was a bit stressful. The other thing is that there is a bar on the other side of the building and it’s a bit noisy on the weekends, but with windows closed it was not a problem.

• Tomasz (10/5): Great apartment for a large family or friends. I recommend it. - The apartment is phenomenal, spacious and clean. Super equipped. Great living room with a huge TV and comfortablas sofas. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Efficient air conditioning. Great comfort even for a large group of people. Overall, I rate the apartment as above great. Location close to Taksim Square, about 10 minutes on foot. There is a well-equipped grocery store right in front of the apartment. The swimming pool is great, quite large for an apartment, there are usually free places on sun loungers and in the pool. no objections

• Ehsan (3/5): Not recommended - The people at the front are nice. There's also a grocery shop right next door. The pool was so gross. I booked this place so the kids could swim, but we only used it for 30 minutes our entire stay. It was dirty, and the whole area smelled. The fan in one of the bathrooms didn't work, and there was mold growing in the bathrooms.

• Neal (10/5): Sensational. Everything from the host, conceirge and building staff. The locals were soo friendly! - This is an amazing apartment and walking distance to Tasksim Square. What a lovely place. The host was in contact with me from the booking until we left to make sure we were having a good time. When we arrived, the host left a bag of treats with food and drinks which was very nice of them! Also when we left, they sent us a leaving gift. An amazing host and would definately go back there again! Nothing.

• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - The location is prime! A very big advantage is that the busses for the airports are just a ten minute walk. The square is also a ten minute walk. The pool was very warm so that was excellent. The host was very communicative and fast at responding. The place was very well accommodating with lots of towels, water and Turkish snacks. We loved everything about this place. I will definitely come back if I visit. N/A everything was amazing.

Big screen tv was bonus to have family movie night. House keeping would be better every 3 nights maybe as we stayed 5 nights as with kids property can get bit messy.
• Roland (10/5): An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Istanbul - I had an amazing experience at this apartment! The location of the apartment was fantastic, and the host's communication was excellent, always providing quick responses to our questions. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the large-screen TV was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the rooms made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. The apartment had a spacious two-story balcony, and its proximity to Taksim Square, right in the heart of Istanbul, was a huge plus. I also enjoyed the use of the pool, gym, and sauna - all of them were top-notch. The apartment was conveniently close to shopping centers and streets, and the availability of parking in the garage for the car was a bonus. The presence of 24/7 security personnel and reception staff added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.
