- James (8/5): We were extremely happy with the apartment and surrounding areas. - The location was superb right next to all restaurants and other facilities and the beach. We loved the Spa and the roof terrace. Being able to enter the main balcony from each bedroom was great. The apartment was well equipped. Bathrooms were adequate however the main bathroom shower door didn't shut properly allowing water to run on the floor and bathmat. We were not impressed with the garbage trucks entering the street behind which is adjacent to apartment 12 however you can not control this. Otherwise is was quiet most of the time after 9am. As above the main bathroom shower door didn't shut properly allowing water to run on the bathmat.

- Kylie (9/5): Would stay again - Size & location were fantastic & unit had all the kitchen necessities. Probably could do with a fresh coat of paint & top deck needed a bit of a clean when it rains everything gets wet because the roof electrics are broken & don’t close.
- Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, central to cafe's & shops & overlooking beautiful Shoal Bay. - Secure parking for 2 vehicles. Beautiful design & decor of apartment. Greta Spa. Magnificent views form top Alfresco deck. Lots of room & balconies.
- Krystal (5/5): It was good but needs some improvements - Location was ok, the apartment was ok. The couch was to hard to sit on , the spa wasn't heating up and the outdoor roof wasn't working and due to bad weather we couldn't use the facilities on the alfresco area.

The phone calls I received boarded on harassment, I was told different methods of checking in. The office was closed when I was informed it would be open. I received a call at approx 6am from an overseas call centre enquiring about check in confirmation. Wtf

Minimal basic essentials like soap & shampoo. Wifi & TV reception wasn’t very good. No power points on patio. New outdoor furniture had not been unpacked. Moved outdoor lounge in under shelter and was quite a mess left under.
