• Ilic (4/5): - Location It's was dirty. And fealty. Old furniture, dirty ,dusty, stinking, someone left dirty barbecue inside the house, with full oil trap It's was so stinking when we arrived. We need to clean stuff and refresh the house to stay comfortable. Kitchen staff is Old and rusty .the toaster is so old and rusty .frying pans a all burnt It's was disgusting 🫣. Very poor. But the house and location is very nice.
• Ying (8/5): It’s ok . but for the price, it should be better - The location is perfect , view Is amazing. It’s spacious and has enough rooms for a big family. The facilities are very basic, cooking appliances are old and not very functional. 1/4 of the lights are not working . Fan is rusty.

No Wifi No Aircon in bedrooms Handwritten notes on majority of doors / switches / fridges and appliances Lack of items (dishwashing cloths, washing powder, toilet paper) all not supplied even 1 or 2 as a minimum. Stains on carpets Fan in the bedroom completely rusted and should be changed out.

Staff comments and cleanliness well below par - View and location was excellent Staff were very rude when we went into the office the day after we arrived to let them know the property was not clean to a suitable standard. We were told you have been there for 24 hours and it is one of our more basic options for accommodation. Those were exact words, Wanted to discuss with them and let them know and give them a chance to rectify it. to be treated like that was very disappointing.

• Elizabeth (7/5): The house was good but nothing goes above and beyond , you even have to take your own tea towel , no soaps , toiletries - Bed was comfortable Appliances were hard to operate and decor is very basic and dated , no games , cards , reading books or Netflix , wifi or dvd player , not much to do when it’s raining

• Amy (9/5): Amazing location, perfect views from the balcony! - The view is amazing and we were spoilt by watching the whales play from our balcony all week. We loved the size of the place and worked well for a family of five. For the size of the house the kitchen was lacking a bit in cooking items/utensils. Just a few things we’d bring if we were to stay again. A clothes rack, rather than relying on outside line would also be helpful.

• Kylie (10/5): Home away from home - We absolutely love this property. The house is amazing, plenty of room for the whole family, so open with large bedrooms and living spaces. The location, with Burgess beach just a 2 minute walk away and the view from the balcony is especially stunning, second to none. This was our third time staying and it was probably the cleanest we’ve seen. Having to leave.

• Linda (6/5): You could probably find better and cheaper accommodation but you would sacrifice those views. - The location was great and the view from the balcony was spectacular! The sunrises were amazing and watching the large pods of dolphins each morning was a gift. The house was clean and reasonably comfortable but very dated and a little shabby. The original house has been spilt into two apartments and the arrangement is a little awkward. The biggest setback was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms which became stifling hot and made sleeping difficult. The air-conditioning in the living area works well but doesn't reach the bedrooms.

• Patrick (10/5): Amazing views, spacious and well maintained. - Location is right on the water with amazing views and easy access to the beach, also within walking distance of 1 mile beach. Very spacious dining/entertaining area and good-sized bedrooms. n/a
• Johnny-jay (7/5): Good - The location is great! The house is so big and has a huge garage, 2 minute drive to surf club cafe and main beach beautiful spot as everything is within a 5 min drive. I was a little disappointed as on booking.com the bed configuration was wrong so the bedding we brought up was all too small so we had to buy all new sheets. Whenever you went outside your feet would get black from the outside areas and there is white carpet in the bedrooms, totally fine to just be mindful of but not very easy with kids so it was a little stressful trying to constantly check feet and take shoes on and off. Lastly there is a second part of the house that is rented out, they had the TV very loud and the noise would travel, also I didn’t realise it was a shared laundry and when we went to use it the other people had taken all the laundry detergent. I don’t think they knew either as they left their door open too so we just didn’t feel comfortable using the facilities we paid for. Honestly for the price it was a little disappointing.

• Rubelj (8/5): The thing that I didn’t like were insignificant because view made me very happy. We watched whales and dolphins from our - The View was amazing. Lots of space. Huge master bed with great shower and spa. Double garage. Short walk to beach. Good kitchen. The area downstairs is a seperate flat. It was vacant while we were there but a little concerned if it did have a booking because there is a shared entry and a door only to the other flat. I’m guessing that that door remains locked by owner and the glass sliding door is used for entry. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable but my sister complained of her queen bed as being very hard and uncomfortably. There is no wifi. A bigger bbq would have been good.

• Smith (8/5): Despite the few minor things that could be easily changed it was brilliant and intend to return - Stunning location beautiful house perfect garage and drive way we had two cars and still fit the boat in the garage so it was good knowing it was all locked up of a night Oven was a bit too complicated without instructions the t.v. remote was broken which staff at the office apologised for The BBQ I think could do with an upgrade as it is a bit small if you have a full house to feed And advertisement didn't mention a shared laundry and back yard or the granny flat down stairs (advertisement could be made clearer on these details)
