• Katherine (10/5): Easy and comfortable stay - Good location, comfortable place Lower natural light due to it being in the basement but considering this it does still get a lot of natural light.
• Lici (9/5): - Absolutely beautiful flat – stylish, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it really easy to get around London, I’d definitely stay here again. The only minor downside was the lack of a freezer for the ice we bought, but it wasn’t a big issue at all.
• Sanja (10/5): - Apartman je na super lokaciji, svega 50 metara do podzemne željeznice! Odičan i miran kvart za odmoriti se nakon cjelodnevnog obilaska i gradske gužve. Kreveti su jako udobni, usudila bih se reći preudobni! Domaćin odličan i susretljiv koji nam je dozvolio da nakon izlaska možemo ostaviti prtljagu jos neko vrijeme. Domaćin jako brzo odgovara na sve poslane upite. Sigurno ću ga preporučiti svima koja planiraju putovati u London! Susjedi iznad apartmana su jako glasni i jako lupaju da smo se često znali uplašiti ali smo svjesni da vlasnik ne može utjecati na susjede iznad. Namještanje vode prilikom kupanja je malo čudno ali smo se naučili rukovati :)
• Carlota (9/5): Lovely stay in London :) - Ótima estadia melhor que nas fotografias As camas eram grandes e confortáveis, a localização é calma e sem ruídos longe da confusão mas com o metro ao lado é muito fácil ir a qualquer lado Apesar de ser em piso térreo não diria que é bem uma cave, entra bastante luz e tem janelas em todas as divisões, o pátio privado é agradável O check in e comunicação foi fácil Chuveiro com ótima pressão e água quente sempre disponível Tudo limpo e tinha tudo o que precisávamos Nada de grave a apontar apenas referir que o sistema de aquecimento é um pouco confuso e não conseguimos regular a temperatura por isso às vezes estava demasiado quente Gostávamos de ter usado a máquina de café mas não conseguimos encontrar as cápsulas no supermercado

• HappyPenguin (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment in convenient location - We enjoyed staying the 4 nights here. We received excellent and timely instructions to collect the key to the property. They warned us that it would be in the basement and down steep steps which helped curb expectations. We were concerned about it being dark as it's in the basement, but it was bright enough (just no direct sun). The location is excellent, right across the Pimlico tube stop and it was a 20-min direct tube ride from St Pancras. There are many grocery and dining options nearby. The place is spacious! Loved that it's a 2-bedroom as one of us snores like a freight train with a bad engine. Loved that there are many electrical outlets for our laptops and phones. The host was generous with towels and coffee so as a serious coffee addict that was much appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped in case one wanted to cook. Good place for long stays with a dishwasher and washing machine.. The shower pressure was great (although the shower fixture needs to be repaired). Would stay here again. The shower fixture needs to be repaired. It did not stay up and we improvised to tie it to the fixture before showering. The rain showerhead seems to be broken. Minor point that the apartment can do with a paint job on some areas. There was a dishwasher but did not see washing tablets? One can indeed hear the tube but it didn't bother us that much, was a low rumbling and didn't run through the night. Oh, and the location of the WiFi router! One can only work reliably in the living area as it's very weak and not consistent if one is in the 2nd bedroom - maybe get a longer cord to run it to the center of the apartment instead of next to the entrance.

• Rebecca (8/5): A lovely stay, would use this flat again for another trip - Fantastic location right next to Pimlico tube, but also walking distance from the river to walk on to Big Ben and London Eye. Felt safe walking at night and convenient shop right nearby. Nice to have a small outdoor area also. Bit of noise from the tubes, but this didn't cause us any issues as they didn't run that late and it was worth the noise to be so conveniently close to the tube station!

• Louise (9/5): Lovely flat in a very convenient location. - The location of this apartment is excellent as Pimlico tube station is right across the road, very handy for travelling to central London. The apartment itself was lovely, nicely done out and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, with some lovely extras for us! The beds were comfy and it had a good shower. The only thing I would comment on is that the sofa beds are in the main living room and there are no blinds/curtains up at one of the windows, so it let a lot of light in early morning for my friend, who was sleeping there.

• Dave (10/5): Great little apartment in excellent location - Fantastic location, immensely convenient and easy to access. Lovely flat, comfortable and spacious with everything you need, plus a small rear, outdoor patio. Only slight issue was very noisy neighbours above (in terms of footfall). Was only an occasional and mild irritant, but not enough to spoil any of the experience. Also, ideally would maybe have a couple of bedside lamps, but not essential.

• Nicola (8/5): Everything you need for a stay in London, the beds were so comfy at a full day of sightseeing. - Excellent location, very close to Pimlico Tube Station and in close proximity to the Houses of Parliament and central London. No real complaints, the noise of the tube is just a part of being in London and near the station, it didn’t bother us. Unfortunately the property above had young children who were up early and you could hear them crying and moving about, but again this is beyond the owners control, just bring earplugs.

• Sabrina (5/5): Enough for a one night stay - Comfortable beds and location The apartment feels dump. There were no clean towels available, and there was a lot of noise from the apartment above and the tube.
• Anonymous (9/5): Amazing and easy stay! - Very lovely hosts, easy to contact and communicate with. Apartment was very cosy and well-situated. Because it’s in the basement, it was very cool inside even tho the weather was warm outside! Everything we needed was inside apartment, rooms and bathrooms were perfect! Sofa easy to make as an extra bed! The cleaning lady was super nice with us and let us keep our baggage in the apartment until we had to leave. The host let us check in early and check out later, which was super helpful when arriving by train. The metro station is just in front of the apartment and everything is very close by. We are very happy with this accommodation! Stairs were a bit steep but we were warned about this beforehand.

The apartment has all the facilities and the beds are comfortable. The hosts were also approachable and friendly. The only thing that I didn't expect was that the apartment would be on the basement level, which wasn't so nice, but everything else is recommendable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay Just the basement position of the flat

The host was very sweet, and she made sure that we received all the information upon arrival. The flat was well-equipped, which was very convenient. This was mentioned in few comments already - the noise, coming from both the train and the neighbours. We knew about it and were prepared for that. If you are a heavy sleeper, you should be good :)

The host was very helpful and allowed to check out a bit later so we had an apportunity to leave our bags in appartment while walking around on the day of our departure. The underground station also was very close to appartment. A little bit noisy (soumds from the street and metro).

• Michael (9/5): A very happy find - comfortable and convenient for your visit to London. - The location is a block away from the Pimlico tube station (on the Victoria Line) making it easy to get anywhere in one or two trains. The property was a perfect "home base" for our week, with a comfortable living area, a full kitchen, clothes washer, and cute patio. There are several restaurants within two blocks, including a great pub (White Swan), a Pret a Manger, and a take-away sandwich shop (Relish), plus many other global cuisines. Truly, there was little not to like about this property. Only two things you want to be aware of, in the spirit of no surprises. (1) The metal stairs down to the apartment are steep and narrow, requiring care, especially with luggage; and (2) the rumble of trains near/below the apartment can be heard, but for us, it was kind of soothing.

• Sally (9/5): Brilliant location, comforts of home - The apartment was incredibly clean and well fitted out. The location was fantastic with the Pimlico Train Station almost across the road. It was one stop to the Victoria/Circle Line and you could go to all the big tourist spots. Having a clothes dryer was perfect! The host provided soap powder for the washing machine, extra towels and a space where we could leave our luggage if we arrived early/left late. The convenience store, post office and cafe diagonally opposite the apartment was welcome in a busy city where we didn't want to drive/ carry shopping around. The apartment is located in the basement, the stairs down were very precarious. It was a bit scary navigating them with heavy suitcases because are windy and narrow so caution is needed.

• Neeraj (8/5): Perfect Location just outside Pimlico underground station. - Perfect location for visiting Central London including all tourist spots. Zakia was managing the property and was communicative throughout the trip. Also allowed us to keep our luggage post check out as there was no other booking. A few upgrades to the property would make it a 10/10. The hand shower knob broke during our stay but the issue was resolved promptly. Internal room doors don't close fully but not a major issue. Also the toilet door could do with a latch.

• Scott (3/5): Great location but felt like student accommodation. - The location is great for central London so most attractions are easily accessible especially with the underground being so close. The accommodation is poorly equipped and in need of improvement. Being a basement flat it is also a little damp. Kitchen - very poorly equipped- large fridge with no icebox. Dishwasher looked like it’s never been used in months and no dishwasher tablets provided. All dishcloths were damp and had been used. Oven could hardly be opened as the handles on the draws next to it caused and obstruction. A number of floor tiles cracked so it felt generally dirty. We washed all cutlery and plates before use. Due to these issues we only had breakfast in the flat and ate out the rest of the time. Living room- sofa stained, plug sockets next to TV installed upside down, no curtains or shades so if you use the sofa bed in the living room you don’t get a good nights sleep. Bedrooms - The back bedroom felt damp. Hanging space only; no draw space as they are full of other linen so you have to live out of your case. Electrical wires exposed on the ceiling light. Front plate on one of the plug socket fell off. Both bedrooms are carpeted and the carpets felt dirty. There was no vacuum cleaner to clean them. Bathroom - shower head needed cleaning as covered in limescale - no extractor fan which added to the dampness. The ground floor flat above was also being renovated so very noisy during the day.

Pubs and few small shops just around the corner . Big Ben, Westminster abbey is around 20 -25 min walking distance . Definitely recommend this place .
