Arthur (9/5): - A piscina aquecida é um luxo, o chuveiro é ótimo, a localização foi bem prática. Biometria facial. Sugiro avisar no anúncio do apto que esse sistema é utilizado de forma compulsória, ou seja,. que as pessoas são obrigadas a ceder dados de biometria para acessar o apartamento. Eu, por exemplo, não gosto da ideia de ter meu rosto cadastrado em um banco de dados de um prédio que só visitarei por poucos dias.
