• anonymous AU (10/5): brilliant - nicely renovated place, spacious, with garden. convenient parking, about 20min walk to town.
• Kathy (10/5): - Great location and had everything that we needed. Appreciated the heater being turned on when we arrived.
• Roslyn (9/5): - Located close to the heart of Launceston, with off street parking, which is hard to find. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom. Electric blankets on the bed very much appreciated and heaters in the bedroom and lounge. There was also a heat pump on the wall in the dining room. Very handy too having a washing machine and dryer. The only thing for us is that we were cold. We live in Brisbane and found that the heat pump in the dining room did not seem to put out much heat - possibly it needs re-gasing or a service. We have 6 reverse cycle units throughout rooms in our two storey 1910 Queenslander in Brisbane (whilst it is generally hot, it can get cold in July/August there and we do use them for heating too) so are familiar with their use. Apart from that it was a lovely home, beautifully presented.

• Suzanne (10/5): We enjoyed every minute we stayed at 11 Eardley. - The space that we had after staying in cabins. The cleanliness was exceptional. The location was great. The facilities available inside were good. The driveway was steep and the street was narrow but we managed okay and it was free off street parking.
• Dwyer (10/5): Brilliant. Well located. Quiet. Five stars! - Lovely house, well renovated. Can’t fault it. The owners are wonderful.
• Denise (10/5): Old home beautifully restored but still cosy - This property has amazing beds, big bedrooms, an amazing contemporary bathroom and even a big dining room. It is quiet, 5 minutes by car to city centre and the owner is attentive and accommodating. The washer worked perfectly. Two couples would find this a good option.
• Angela O'Neill (8/5): Clean, Comfortable, refreshed with great facilities & a good location - Lovely old home that has been refreshed with lovely decor & has a stunning new bathroom. Well stocked with everything you need including a coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable. Very close (a short car drive) to the city and restaurants and the Hospital is within walking distance. Friendly welcome on arrival. My only feedback was that the fridge wasn’t cold & the weather was hot (for Tassie)
• Tina (10/5): - Everything was to our liking. The shower recess was exceptionally roomy. The entire home was cosy and comfortable. The second toilet was an unexpected bonus. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

• Po Yi (10/5): You won’t regret to choose this to beautiful holidays house - House was beautifully presented, sparkling clean and spacious. They also provided all the essentials you need. Host were always response quick/helpful for any questions that we had. A bonus was they switched on the air-conditioner before we arrived in a summer hot day. This is one of the best holidays house we stayed in.

• Mel (10/5): - The location, I only live 500 meters away and it was great to be able to go home and walk and visit my dogs . It was very clean and well presented . It had all the amenities you need. The only issue I had was the front stairs. I had a client with poor balance and there was no hand rail to hang onto.
• Emma (10/5): - Such a beautiful newly renovated home! Absolutely amazing stay- comfy beds with electric blankets! We absolutely loved it- walking distance to the hospital and main CBD. Wow the facilities were fantastic, couldn’t recommend it more! Only downside is that the heat pump was in a strange part of the house. Might be an issue on a cold winters night if you forget to put the electric blankets on. But other than that- an amazing place!
