• Tihana (8/5): Appartments close to the Vatikan - It was very close to all major Rome attractions. No need to use public transportation. The owner is very kind and approchable. It is a luxurious appartment. When we arrived, the third bad ( sofa) wasn t ready for sleepung, even though we asked for it before. There was a sheet for this sofa but it was a bit dirty and fuĺl of black hair. Douvet had no cover. The cleaner should do better još with cleaning dust, bathroom eto. But this is not the owner' s fault. They reacted promptly but cleaner never showed up.

• Marion (10/5): Stunning comfortable Accommodation it made our holiday - The 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment was exceptional, all beautifully presented and spotless, its spacious and very comfortable, air conditioned throughout which is wonderful after coming in from the heat. Having the kitchenette is so useful and it’s so quiet here we all slept amazingly. Can’t recommend this place enough. Prati is a nice area in which to stay, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket couple of streets away. Get the taxi app and order taxis when going further afield. Went to Santa Marinella beach on the train which was easy and lovely day out from the city. Definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay, it’s wonderful and we are so pleased we went for this one. Didn’t like the whole door code thing as sometimes the app would just wurr and you wondered if you were actually going to get in but we always did
• Andres (6/5): New Place - Mixed experience. - The place is new and well located. The host was kind and helpful at the beginning of the stay. But then, the last day, one hour before check out time, the water in the place stopped working and all the host cared about was the municipal fee we had to pay in Rome. She totally ignored the fact that there was no water in the room and I could not take a shower or anything before checking out... Not great service when really needed.

Bea is such a great hostess, always available for questions and happy to help you, the experience here was amazing.

Digital doors take a bit to get used to and aren’t as easy as a key but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy. Thermostat was a little confusing but eventually got the AC to work.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a modern and contemporary space with top-notch luxury fittings that added a touch of elegance to the ambiance. The cool AC kept us comfortable throughout our stay, making it a haven to return to after a long day of exploring. The beds were not only comfortable but provided a restful night’s sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The practical kitchenette and dining area were well-equipped, making it convenient for us to prepare our own meals and enjoy them in style. One of the highlights of this apartment was the amazing jacuzzi that provided the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day. The room sizes were large and luxurious, offering plenty of space to move around and truly make ourselves at home. In addition to this, the host was always available should we need anything. Thank you for the swift responses! Overall, this luxury apartment was well worth our stay and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our accommodation. Initially, I was afraid to get into the lift. It is a traditional looking lift but I got used to it and it is in fine working order! Just make sure to close it properly after you have left the lift.

Everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 kids. Wonderful host, with plenty of local recommendations. This will certainly be somewhere we will return to if ever in Rome again.

The ambience and lighting in the room / bathroom were top tier, having lots of different options to choose from. Would 100% come back to stay here again.

• Rado (9/5): Nice place and I would definitely consider staying here again. - Great location, clean room, decent neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and food options in the area. The room felt secluded and isolated from any noise. We liked using the virtual key so that we didn't have to keep track of another device. I wish the description on booking would've been more clear about the daily housekeeping. We were there for four nights and it got to be a little sketchy towards the end. I would've hoped for fresh towels and adequate toiletries. There was misleading information in the initial booking description, but after reading thoroughly through all the content on the room, we noticed that there is an option for housekeeping for an additional fee. Again, not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know up front.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Vatican museum is just around the corner (≈ 10 min walk). Very calm and nice neighbourhood - you really get Italian/Rome vibe. - [ ] Great Soundproofing in the apartment. I never heard other people (neither inside the apartment or outside). - [ ] Internet works well - no issues with a connection. - [ ] Very clean common area & apartment itself. - [ ] Apartment offers some basis like a one-time use shampoo/body wash, slippers, etc. - [ ] A-M-A-Z-I-N-G customer support. Apartment host reached out to me few days before arriving- helps to navigate on how to check in. Was very responsive - answered to my messages with a questions very fast and provided clear instructions on how to solve an issue/question. We informed when we arrive to Rome and she helps us to check in earlier too. It’s outstanding 11 out of 10 experience. We also get a list of a restaurant’s suggestions- which we used and had a great time. - [ ] The couch transforms to a full size adult bed- really comfortable to sleep on for a third person. - [ ] Great view from a window to the inside-building garden. - [ ] You can regulate the temperature in your apartment based on your needs and preferences. Works well! - [ ] There is a cozy common room, with an electric fireplace, small kitchen which allows to cook in there. There is also a coffee machine and coffee itself :) - [ ] Apartment building itself is clean, safe, there is an elevator. - [ ] In general about a room: it feels fresh and clean. Comfortable beds, a lot of places to charge your devices. - [ ] To my surprise, apartment fully self-service for a check in/out procedure. Host provided me a link to the system before the arrival and navigate how to use it. There was some doubts when it comes to a informational security point of view on that system. I never used this before, in other countries at least!
• Simon (9/5): Would definitely stay there again when next in Rome! - We stayed in Flaminia in which has the spa bath. This is a really comfortable, spacious room. The bed was very nice, I slept very well. The room also gets the sun at the end of the day and overlooks a nice quiet courtyard :) Beatrice our Liaison was super friendly and helpful and easily contactable even from before we arrived. The kitchen area is smart with plenty of space in the fridges. The property is on the fourth floor but there is a lift. Located in the quieter Prati district, this was a perfect area to stay for us - only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and five minute walk to the nearest Metro which is Lepanto. We were delighted to discover that there is an excellent restaurant just around the corner - Tavola. We ate there every day of our four-day-stay and the food was consistently delicious and the service fantastic. Only small things, like there not being a bottle opener in the kitchen and an issue with our aircon which our host did her best to sort out very promptly. Took a while to get the hang of the virtual room, building and apartment key.....you must have data roaming on your mobile for this but it ultimately meant that there was much less faff when when arriving as there's no check-in in person....you do this online in advance.
