• Lea-Anne (10/5): Great location & very cosy accommodation - The accommodation was in a great location and very clean & comfortable. We had a great weekend in Canberra with lots of eateries' very close by & easy walking distance. We were told the key was at the accommodation in a lock box, after 10 minutes of trying to get the key we gave up and I rang to find out what we were doing wrong only to be told that the key is at a shop around the corner and not stored in the lock box even though that was the instrucitons we were sent.

• Yoojin (4/5): - Location was central to the city. The bathrooms have a persistent and unpleasant mould smell that we’ve tried everything but couldn’t eliminate. The main bathroom shower also overflows onto the floor and even spills into the hallway. Furthermore, the main bedroom window doesn’t close properly letting cold air in and making it quite noisy at night since the apartment faces the main streets.

• Linda (9/5): Location,Location,Location - The location was fantastic. So close to everything and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and food choices. Nothing at all. However the check in process is a little confusing.

We appreciated the generous supply of essentials, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Having access to a designated parking bay was also very convenient. • Ann (9/5): Location and comfort. - Great location, just a stroll to your choice of food and drink establishments and not much further to shopping centre and theatre. All freshly cleaned upon arrival. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for 3 people. All things needed are on hand. Quite hot on arrival as afternoon sun pouring in windows, but would be a shame to not appreciate the view. The garaging is quite tight, so be aware if you're driving a low sporty model.

• Thanh Ngan (9/5): Guest bathroom - The design of the apartment is nice, and the fact that it has two bathrooms is another plus point. The kitchen has everything we need to feel at home. The design of the shower in the guest bathroom could not stop the water from flowing to the entrance hall.
• Michael (8/5): Lovely place with well appointed appliances and decor with an outstaying location. - Property location was amazing. Centrally located to key attractions, nightlife, restaurants and bars. The beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend investing in some suitable mattresses.

• Caitlin (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay there again for our next trip to Canberra. - The location of this property is amazing. Right in the heart of a bustling restaurant and bar strip. We also appreciated the parking and two bathrooms. The balcony was great for watching the sunset with a wine. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Getting the keys from the lock box was a bit of a process, but once we got them everything was fine.

• Julia (8/5): Fantastic apartment but tricky access to property for keys and fob. - The location in Braddon was excellent. It was walking distance to cbd and there were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was lovely. The bed I had was lumpy and uncomfortable. The other bed was good according to my friend. Accessing the property was difficult as we had to open a garage door using a lockbox code, then inside the garage was another lockbox which we had to code in to retrieve keys. Then drive down to basement to park the car and find parking spot. That was tricky too as numbers were not in order.

• Diana (6/5): Pleasant but won’t stay there again. - It was a very lively area, lots of restaurants. The place itself was nicely presented and well appointed. We didn’t like the beds, either of us. The bed with the ensuite, the edges seemed to be lower and feeling of rolling off was felt throughout the night glad I wasn’t with my partner. The other bed, pillow was uncomfortable and equally the bed, she cannot put it into words, just hard to get to sleep.

• Katharine (9/5): Perfect location, perfect price. - Apartment was really clean and having access to car park was an added bonus. Location was central and the covered balcony provided more living space to stretch out in to.
• Galwyn (10/5): We had a great stay..location gave us easy access to all our planned tourist destinations .Also shops & restaurants. - Location & Facilities A bit confusing gaining access to the room but worked it out, (poss review / revamp your access information pack ) A option for second access key would have been useful even if there was a $ charge as individuals wanted to either go out or regain access. Also only found the information pack tucked away in a drawer when we were checking out . Only had an about 2 spoons of sugar for coffee & Tea . No self clean aids for washing up ..albeit these were minor issues not complaints 👍

It was the hottest apartment I have ever stayed at ever with an inadequate aircon system. Both bedrooms no aircon so extremely hot. Shower was cold- maybe a blessing

Easy access to building and apartment. Good security and great parking Master bedroom, facing west, very difficult to cool down. No airco or ceiling fan in the master bedroom and standup fan not sufficient. Second bedroom no airco or fan either. Couch and chair pillows large spots, could do with a clean. Main cutting knive handle broken. Tiles on balcony could do with a clean. Back of doors, handles are not being cleaned as far we could see.

• Maria (8/5): Great location, funky, well-equipped apartment - Fabulous 2-bedroom apartment, well equipped in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Unfortunately, our stay was on a Saturday night and the street noise carried through to the apartment. In hindsight, this could probably be rectified by closing the balcony door and using the air-conditioning. The kitchen was very well equipped with milk, coffee, tea, breakfast cereals, jams etc. Nice shampoo and conditioner and linen too. I would probably stay again for its location, cleanliness, and the creature comforts. Noisy on a Saturday night !

Great facilities when travelling with a family with full kitchen and two bathrooms. The balcony was great to sit and people watch and was nicely protected from the wind and cold. With such a convenient location being close to restaurants and pubs meant there was a bit of noise on the Saturday night from people as well as traffic. It only affected one of the bedrooms and all other nights were quiet and uninterrupted.

Small space, overpriced compared to a far more spacious unit with newer and better amenities in same building.

Only 1 pillow in each room had a pillow case. Air con in living room only, main bedroom facing west too hot in afternoon. Taps in showers & over basins difficult to use. Fan in main bathroom not working. Water from shower in main bathroom leaks into hallway.
