• Jason (3/5): Would stay in the building but definitely not through the management of this room. - The view was amazing and great location. The extra bed organised turned out to be an air mattress with nothing but a sheet. Main shower didn’t work and the ensuite shower was barely strong enough to wash shampoo out of your hair. Microwave had rusted paint peeling off around the door, broken cooking utensils. Was managed by an off site business who when contacted did not show one slither of care or willingness to rectify.
• Rob (1/5): Will not be ever coming back here. Disgraceful - The view. The place looked good in photos but didn’t live up to expectations in person. Cleanliness and overall up keep were appalling, it felt tired and poorly maintained. Communication and the overall experience didn’t match the price paid. We arrived with jack hammering on the floor upstairs for hours and hours. Not to mention elevator stopping on Friday night and dinner plans were ruined. For what you get, it’s overpriced.
• Lisa (6/5): Seas views - The view is one of the best things. Heated spa and pool. Easy access to the beach. Bathtub in the bathroom. Close to restaurants and cafes and nightclubs. Close to public transportation. Aircon only in lounge. Washing machine and dryer. Very Hard bed and has no spring movement. Floors need proper cleaning. Shower screen are very noisy screeching sound when opening and closing. No aircon in bedrooms which was not advertised. Only one hook to hang a towel. Had no water to shower for the first day and night. It was fixed when i let agency know but no compensation. Bit of inconvenience trying to find real estate to collect key as it was dark and their business sign has no light on it. Lots of damage walls to the apartment and some furniture.
• Macie (6/5): Perfect location with beautiful view but not much else. - Location, view Cleanness (period-like stain on the draw in the guest toilet, there was a silicon glove on the kitchen bench when we arrived, doesn’t look like it was left there intentionally, dirty floors especially in the smaller bedroom where I needed to move one bed to get to the power point ), comfort (mattress caused body sore after 2 nights), water pressure (no way to take a shower with current water pressure, the tap on the right in the guest bathroom was broken - difficult to find the right spot to stop the water running), appliances (old kettle doesn’t look clean - felt like won’t be too healthy to have the water in it)

• peter (8/5): A great location with great views - Location and view Request for early entry granted, then unavailable when arriving. Shower taps need to be standardised, confusing direction to regulate pressures and temperatures. Beds are all too hard, suggest pillow top mattresses.

• Chrissie (8/5): We had a great stay - the unit was exactly what we needed in a great location! - It was such a great spot- so handy to everything. Loved having the outside pool to myself!! It was hard for my elderly mum with her wheely walker to get in and out of the complex due to the stairs and uneven surfaces in the reception area.

• Clayton (7/5): Enjoyable - Location Easy access for parking and walking Close to shops and cafes A bit old school Every single light was white flouro it was like standing next to the sun which equals NO ambients what so ever. Would make ALL the difference with some soft dimmable lighting. As a result I spent the whole stay in the semi dark with the lights off PLEASE FIX THE LIGHTING FOR FUTURE GUESTS thankyou

• Kirsty (8/5): Loved our stay as it was close to everything and had great amenities - Location Amenities Cleanliness The beds were old and you can feel the springs. Pillows were all lumpy and the extra bed was an air mattress.
• Sarah (1/5): Would not stay again at this apartment - Location was right at the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was dirty on arrival. Soap remainder was left in shower from previous guests, hairs were on floor and in cupboards, heavy mould was in the showers and bugs were left laying dead on floor and in cupboards. The main bathroom shower flooded the bathroom and hallway. Communication with hosts has been lacking and the apartment was outdated and uncomfortable to stay in. The windows were not sealed properly and the wind was howling all night long. We did stay prior to cyclone Alfred, but winds were still at normal (though strong) levels. windows rattled, howled and leaked all night. Could not sleep at all and suddenly stood halfway flooded in the living room. We received a text from hosts prior stating that minor water could come through the windows when windy and rainy, but nothing was provided at apartment prior to our arrival to aid with cleaning a deep puddle that came through the windows. Had to use our bath towels to clean water up, which was definitely not at minor level. We left early as we were not feeling comfortable or safe at this apartment, especially if this was the condition of this apartment before a cyclone was supposed to come through. Had to chase hosts up regarding refund several times and still have not received anything. Very unhappy with this stay. Would not recommend at all

• Rima (10/5): Great apartment! - Customer service was great Check in and checkout was a breeze. Apartment was great all necessities were provided . The view was incredible and main strip was only like 7mns away walking which was so convenient. The beach is literally across the rd. Only thing I could fault was the glass doors needed a clean they were blurry to see the view through.
