• Matthias (8/5): - Schönes großes Apartment mit schönem Design und relativ gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar ein paar Kapseln Kaffee in der Küche. Im Bad ist die Ablage für Gegenstände etwas knapp und man muss mit der feuchten Luft nach dem Duschen aufpassen.

• Gabriela (2/5): dramat. - Jedyne co było w porządku to w miarę lokalizacja. Nasz pobyt trwał 5 dni (4 noce). Pleśń pod prysznicem, pajęczyny, ciemne włosy (my mamy jasne) i już drugiego dnia zauważyłyśmy że mamy przyjaciół, mianowicie karaluchy i mrówki. Pisałyśmy z problemem do obiektu, mówili że przyjdą i coś z tym zrobią, oczywiście nic się nie wydarzyło, poprosiliśmy o częściowy zwrot pieniędzy, którego od obiektu nie dostałyśmy. Dostałyśmy od samego Bookingu po zgłoszeniu problemu. Obiekt również na samym początku zaproponował częściowy zwrot pieniędzy za pozytywną opinię ;))

• Ana (8/5): Buen alojamiento para estadía corta - Limpieza y excelente el trato de la persona a cargo, metro cerca Faltan utensilios básicos, cubiertos y chek in muy tarde .

• Ewa (2/5): Basement with cockroaches, I do not recommend. - Quite close to the city centre (5 minutes to metro station), digital keys to the doors. The beds were comfortable. There were bugs in the apartment, ants and cockroaches!!! There were black mold spots on the grout in the bathroom. The apartment is placed in the basement, so there was a typical basement smell that was difficult to air out. The wifi internet signal very poor and there was no information about wifi credentials in the apartment.
• amanipour (1/5): - I booked this property for six nights but was forced to leave after only two due to a severe cockroach infestation. From the very first day, I contacted the host and requested help. They said someone would come to check, but no one ever showed up during the time I was there. If someone had come, I could have shown them the problem directly. Instead, after I left, the host falsely claimed there was no issue at all. I sent multiple videos clearly showing cockroaches inside the apartment, yet the host denied everything and refused to refund the money for the four nights I didn’t stay. Even after I contacted Booking.com, the host took no responsibility for what happened. The apartment was completely uninhabitable due to serious hygiene problems, and to make matters worse, the host avoided all accountability. It’s very disappointing to see a place like this still listed on Booking.com. I’m leaving this review to protect future guests, no one should have to go through what I experienced. I truly hope Booking.com takes this matter seriously and reconsiders whether this property should remain on the platform.
• Iryna (9/5): Superb - Hosts are super helpful! They advise us on many places to go and let us check in a little bit early. The room was clean, big, and with all the house items. Quite area There was no sponge to clean the dishes
• Miguel (7/5): The apartment is good, but it needed more cleaning. - Good location The cleanliness wasn't the best. The towels looked old and unscented. There were few household items, for example, few plates, cups, cutlery, etc. The sheets were clean, but not top-quality. There were few clothes hangers. At first, it was difficult to get into the apartment. Obviously, you must have internet access, otherwise it's impossible to get in.

• Azur (7/5): Good - The apartment was mostly well-equipped, although not completely so. The apartment is located underground and in a shady neighborhood. We were also not given enough toilet paper, nor kitchen utensils. It has two beds, but we were only given one blanket. When we contacted the owners about this, no one responded, even though we continued receiving messages recommending certain restaurants, reminding us of the check-out time, etc. Finally, a lot of our personal information was asked before coming to the apartment, via a site other than Booking.com.
• Nowak (9/5): Good value for money! - Apartment in modern style, pretty close from red metro line and AC working great There was no sugar nor salt and the apartment was underground so you dont really get much daily light

• Christos (1/5): Bad - good evening, your accommodation was quite dirty even though you knew that we would come with a small child and there were ants everywhere, even in the bed... you also didn't even tell us that the house is in the basement and is not ventilated from anywhere! You didn't respect that I came with a small child...shame on you, at least we will move on to other activities for the money we gave, I'm very sorry!

• Danka (10/5): Exceptional - Metro is really close to accomodation and really easy to connect with the centre of Milano. It is a quiet place of the city, so you can really enjoy your stay.
