- Miruna (7/5): - The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, close to the city centre (about 10minutes from the Duomo) Some of the windows wouldn’t close and there was so much noise… It was very hard to sleep there. In the living room there is a sofa, but it’s extremely unconfortable. No mirros and no light in most of the rooms.

- David (8/5): Very good - We loved the location Having to take out the trash before leaving. Just be aware that there are about sixty steps to reach the apartment.
- Prof (9/5): Superb - feels like home. coffee was available. electronic key was something to get used to, but turned out to be very confortable. in particular since the front door key did not open de front door. we did not like the complete absence of any human interaction. the owners/company responded very slow (or not at all) through booking.com. Passports had to be pre-uploaded with an app that did not really work well. on the other hand the electronic front door key, via your telephone turns out to be very comfortable.

This apartment was excellent value and truly home from home. Comfortable and clean with good coffee and tea provided. I would book this again on my return to Florence. Five star stay! The three floors of stairs with very poor lights. Not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues.
