• Pien (10/5): Erg netjes en praktisch verblijf - Erg net verblijf, gelegen op een centrale locatie vlakbij metro. Alles was erg proper, er waren voldoende badkamer artikelen aanwezig. De kuisservice was ook erg handig. Er is een koffiemachine aanwezig op de kamer en ook in de gang. Bijkomend waren er koekjes die je mocht nemen. Vragen konden vlot gesteld worden, er was soms iemand aanwezig aan de balie. Daarbuiten werd er ook erg snel gereageerd op berichten. Een echte aanrader! /

• Jany (10/5): L'endroit idéal pour bien profiter de la ville! - L'accès est simple. L'endroit est beau et propre. Nous avons eu un super service lorsque nous avons eu besoin de changer les lits. Le café et les grignotines ont été très apprécié. L'endroit est très bien situé. Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur, mais ils fournissent les bouchons. Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous y retournerons certainement. Merci beaucoup!

• Julie (10/5): Fantastique! - Wow mais quel hébergement agréable! Nous avons adoré! Tout a bien été bien pensé. Il y a beaucoup de petites attentions et d’équipements pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La chambre était belle, confortable et propre. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation! Rien tout était parfait! Situé sur la rue St-Denis donc on doit s’attendre à un peu de bruit. Ce qui ne nous a aucunement dérangé.
• Lukatsky (9/5): A stylish, well-equipped stay with excellent staff and comfort - Amazing place with great attention to detail, everything you might need is provided, from tea and coffee to a first aid kit. The rooms are beautiful, and communication with the staff was excellent; they were always willing to help and address any issues. Special mention to the very comfortable mattress and the wonderful tropical shower! Parking in the area is quite challenging. I highly recommend avoiding Indigo parking lots, we spent hours trying with no success. We had much better luck with 1238 Rue St-Hubert Parking - they were great. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong (fine for messaging but not suitable for work), though the staff did their best to help and communicated very well. The street is also quite loud: earplugs were provided in the room, but you can still hear the street and nearby rooms. In winter it’s ok, but light sleepers should be aware.
• Jacqueline (8/5): Great Location and good size room. - The room was a good size...we were 3 so our daughter had the room with sliding doors. Our bed was good and comfortable, had a fridge, tea and coffee maker, nice shampoo etc. View on rue Saint Denis with big windows. it was up a relatively steep set of stairs with no elevator possible so be aware of this. Generous with coffee, tea and granola bars. we had some nice armchairs to sit in. It was complicated to get in with codes. The windows are not very soundproof so for light sleepers may be a problem even though earplugs were provided. There is an aircon and radiator system but it would have been helpful to have some instructions. It was full of snow when we were there but no one had bothered to clean the stairs going up to the builiding. when I sent a message asking it to be done, they did all but one. I think this should be done without asking as it is difficult and risky to go up

• Alice (7/5): - The property was well located, clean, and cozy. Our stay was generally fine, but there was one incident that left us feeling uncomfortable. A staff member entered our room in the morning while we were still inside sleeping, even though it was well within our reserved time. We contacted the front desk and were told it was due to a room mix-up. While we appreciate the explanation, the situation was unsettling and has made us more hesitant about returning or recommending the property.

• Etienne (10/5): Awesome value, great location, great comms, super stay. - Great location, about 10 to 15-minute walk from Place des Arts. Suite was perfect. Side sofa-bed is isolated, perfect for someone who snores. AC is right in the middle of the space. Great shower. Awesome value. St-Denis can get a little loud. But nothing earplugs can't fix. The AC also helps, as background noise.

• Björn (10/5): - Ausgesprochen hübsche Suite in einem lebendigen, gemütlichen Ausgehviertel. Obwohl es draußen laut ist, halten die Fenster viele Geräusche ab und wir konnten gut schlafen. Schön ist, dass viele Handtücher vorhanden waren und man auch ein frisches nehmen konnte, wenn eins noch nicht trocken war. Das Personal ist zwar nicht an der Rezeption, aber hat selbst abends per E-Mail schnell und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

• SW (8/5): - The entire concept of a boutique hotel was appealing with its charm and coziness. The snack area on the first floor is super thoughtful and comes in handy when you have ravenous teenage kids traveling with you. The location is on a highly busy and chaotic street full of cafes and restaurants, so it is good and bad at the same time. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing ear plugs on each bedside. The stairs both outside the main entrance and inside are a pain to climb with heavy suitcases. The beds and bedsheets could use an upgrade.

• Andrew (10/5): Happy! - Room was excellent, aesthetically pleasing, nicely decorated. Clean, most important. Bed was super comfortable. Eco friendly products in the bathroom. We loved being in the Latin quarter with its happening vibe and all eating places at the door step. The light switch could have been closer to the bed to turn on and off at night. The blinds in the window had a little light coming through. Not a big issue for us personally.

• Stefan (9/5): Great and stylish small hotel in a very fun area. - Great location in very lively area with lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to Berri-UQAM metro which is a hub and gives you access to all the metro lines. Also across from a theatre which I can see being very convenient for anyone wanting to see a show. Clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were helpful and very easy to reach by text. The snack bar on second floor was a nice bonus. The hosts were very nice about letting us leave our luggage on both arrival and departure day so we didn’t have to lug it around. It can be a bit loud at night due to restaurants and blues bar directly below and across the street, but for us this wasn’t an issue as we wanted to be in the heart of the fun. For some this might not be ideal though.

• P (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the snack bar area, the location, and how the pull out bed had a door so it felt like a second bedroom! Great shower, room was clean, and they did let us keep our luggage after checkout before our flight. There was pretty loud music playing from a restaurant next door (for no reason, it would be midday with no people). I noticed it midafternoon for several hours while trying to nap, and now understand why the hotel gives earplugs. Not the hotel's fault and could have been worse!

• Kat (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Fantastic location across from the Metro but very walkable most places as well. Really like the complimentary snacks and drinks as I arrived quite hungry and it held me over until going out for dinner later. I have celiac disease, but was still about to have a kind bar and yogurt. A nice touch that goes a long way. Can't think of anything!

• Jean-philip (9/5): Superb - The room (201) was perfect for our needs! Windows straight across from the neon lights of the Theatre St-Denis. The blinds were good enough to block the lights for the night. Bathroom was great and bed very comfortable. Since the floor is hardwood and we stayed in the winter, a carpet at the entrance of the room would have been welcome and helping with the general cleanliness feeling.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, nice location! We were able to leave the luggage in the room hours before checking in, which is great! We stayed there during the week and even though it is located on a busy street, it wasn’t too noisy. Would definitely go back!
