Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Desiree (9/5): Excellent - A very spacious house with a lovely garden, outdoor seating, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of separate lounge/living areas. The location was great since it was very close to the beach which was perfect for a summer schoolies trip. It was a slight hassle going into Nelson Bay to pick up the keys, a lockbox at the house would have been preferable. The facilities overall were very good, however both toilets and showers were quite noisy and could be heard very easily from one of the bedrooms, which wasn't great during the night.

- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the separate spaces and the outdoors area. Being able to have the dogs with us was also really lovely. The airconditioning did not flow evenly through the house and it was quite hot down the far end in the bedrooms.

Bedding and towels provided was fantastic
Ducted air was great.
The welcome touches of bottle of bubbly and fresh sourdough was lovely. And the pantry essentials that were included was wonderful
Proximity to beach was great. Lots of space for family to go to if they need space away from each other or to spend time together. There were ants in the kitchen and in the kettle
No front door screen to keep flies out but leave front door open for ocean breeze.
Perhaps a pergola or roofing over back area as it rained the first night we there and the back area was soaked the next morning.
Possible use of the garage in order to store belongings like kayaks or paddle boards. Couldn’t access side gate - didn’t want to walk sand through house to get to bathrooms etc
Possibly hide the wifi username and password - we told the kids there was none and they found the fridge magnet before we did.
