Important Information

Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Blerina (10/5): 10/10 would recommend for groups of 3-4. - The location is great, all attractions are easily accessible through by metro - which is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, fully equipped and spacious enough for 2 couples. Although located on the main street it very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. Not too much of a deal breaker but the living room is a bit small and the couch can only fit 2 people in it. However we didn’t spend that much time home anyway and the rest of the space was good. Also, some slippers would be nice :)

Vlad (8/5): Very good - The appartement was very clean, with enough facilities, very well located in the heart of Barcelona. One shower cabin was minuscule, suitable only for children, I think. One bedroom was also very little, suitable for only one person and hardly for two. The wi-fi signal was week.
Gijs (7/5): Overpriced - Apartment was very beautiful, spacious and a lot of utilities. Also very friendly host. Overpriced! Quite expensive for what you get. Also the mandatory check-in fee of 30 euro in the weekend was very strange (watch out, can be more depending on when you arrive). Check in was in person which didn't really add that much, only some inconvenience in making sure both parties are at the same time at the apartment... And no proper dining table/area for 4 people.

It doesn't have a heater and no dining room.Other than that evrything was great and good value for money.
