• Maria (8/5): Excellent location, quiet and good value - The location is quiet within 8-10 mins walk of train stations, restaurants, Donki, konbinis etc. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. There are cutleries and cooking facility if you want to cook but the pots and pans are bit tired. General cleanliness looks fine. I really want to give this place a 10 score BUT there are some areas in the unit that need a little more cleaning. The toilet and bathroom especially the area between sink and washing machine. Under the couch, there were food items left behind. The couch needs shampooing and the side of the armrest have plenty of food debris. The area behind the TV unit really needs dusting.

• Monika (8/5): Good place to stay - We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Good size rooms and beds, nice bedding. Excellent and quiet location, close to two train stations, lots of shops and food options nearby. Washing machine was a great addition, with washing powder provided. Clear instructions, easy to get, we'd stay again. Bathroom and wc not as clean as expected. We didn't like the towels, they were thin and too new, not absorbing water. And all had the same colours, very confusing for 4 people but this is my personal opinion.

Localisation calme malgrè le quartier qui bouge énormément. Agréable donc quand on veut dormir. Petites attentions telles que des parapluies, nécessaire d'hygiène, très agréables et qui nous ont bien servis. Nous étions 3 amis dans cet hébergement donc 2 à dormir dans le même lit, les couettes ne sont peut être pas assez larges pour 2 personnes. Mais sinon rien de méchant. Tout était très bien.

• Heidi (9/5): Alt i alt en rigtig fin lejlighed. Vi var fire og det var perfekt. Rigtig fin beliggenhed. - Hyggeligt og autentisk. Virkelig god beliggenhed. Manglede lidt bedre siddepladser, men det var også det eneste. Lidt svært at regulere temperaturen. Og så var den ene seng for blød og den anden for hård.

The space is larger than what we expected. Heater worked well. It was very good value for money for our family of 4. Useful information provided before we arrived.

• Bintou (8/5): - Grand appartement avec deux chambres! Proche d’une station JR (Shin Okubo) 15-20 min a pied de la gare de Shinjuku. Appartement bien équipé ! Bon rapport qualité par rapport a d’autre logement proche Shinjuku et qui sont bien plus petit! J'espère pourvoir revenir lors d'une prochaine visite Note: 8,5/10 Les escaliers étroit pour accéder a l'appartement. Donc attention si vous avez de grosses valises. Pas très grave mais La zone n’a pas l’air très accessible en voiture car notre taxi à du nous laisser à quelques mètres de l'appartement.

Bisogna fare attenzione alla serratura elettronica. Prima bisogna premere i numeri illuminati e poi il codice d'ingresso. Armadi e camere spaziose. Un tavolo e qualche sedia per poter mangiare.

• Alicia (4/5): I would not stay here again - Location is the only thing this rental has going for it. ​I was unfortunately disappointed with this rental and feel the pictures and description were highly misleading. While it did serve its basic purpose, the apartment is extremely old and needs significant maintenance, updating, and a deep clean. It was not a comfortable or clean stay. ​The property lacks many essentials. Though it has three large beds, the living/kitchen area only had enough seating for three people max, making meals incredibly difficult—we had to sit on the dirty floor to eat. This issue is compounded by the tight quarters being taken up by unnecessary extra items, like the oversized stuffed bear. ​The cleanliness was a major concern. There was heavy dust buildup throughout the apartment. A huge turn-off upon entering was seeing cans of bug spray by the door. Other issues included unsafe-looking wires and cords that appeared to be a fire hazard, and the AC unit in the single bedroom emitted a strong urine smell when running.

• Sarah (5/5): Room was not suitable - Unfortunately we didn’t stay at this property, as when we arrived it wasn’t the rooms we booked. On booking, I communicated with the host to clarify we had two bedrooms and 3 beds as my two adult children were with us. I was assured this was included in the booking. However, when we arrived it was only a one bedroom unit with two beds. This did not suit us as my son and daughter (18 & 21) did not wish to sleep together. The two beds were cramped in one room, which meant 4 of us would be sleeping right next to each other. I think this would be fine for a couple, there would not be much space for more than two people and maybe a small child. The hostess did provide us with a refund minus the first night and cleaning fee, we were extremely grateful for this.

• SILVIA (10/5): Ottima sistemazione nel cuore di Tokyo - L'appartamento è spazioso per il Giappone e dotato di tutti i confort, con detersini, prodotti per il bagno e una dotazione per il thè. E' molto pulito e accogliente. Si trova in una strada residenziale a pochi passi dalla stazione Okubo in direzione Shinjuku, vicino al quartiere coreano. Direi che non c'è niente da migliorare
• 志奇 (10/5): 非常好的地點，鬧市中的靜謐之處 - 電子門鎖真的很方便！一群人出門不用在為了鑰匙放在哪裡苦惱。 地理位置非常好，就在JR大久保在旁邊，雖然在車站旁邊但很安靜，不會聽到電車或車子經過的聲音。 路口有一家沙威瑪很好吃，是包薯條的正統沙威瑪，要買！ 沙威瑪哦沙威瑪哦沙威瑪，有了你生活美好沒煩惱。 房間大小對六個人來說還可以，但加上行李就略顯擁擠，總體來說還算舒服。 CP值很不錯，適合一早出門玩到晚上才回來的人。 入口樓梯對於搬行李來說會有點不方便，尤其是搬下來的時候，但小心一點就好。

• Andreas (10/5): - Das Apartment war sehr gut gelegen und leicht zu finden. Es war groß genug für uns 5 Erwachsene. Kleine Küche, ausreichend um ein Frühstück zu bereiten. Es hat alles funktioniert und es war sehr sauber. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Betten sehr bequem. Es war sehr ruhig. Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir können das Apartment mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
• Borchelt (4/5): Disappointing - We liked the location as far as getting to two different train stations easily by short walk. If we wanted to go out late night to Shinjuku, we could have, and it would have been a long walk, but doable The floors and walls are very thin, and you could hear our neighbors upstairs. They had kids, and the kids would wake up at about 4:30 am. every morning and jump and run around. It was so loud and woke me up every day. The room was also very small compared to the other place we stayed on our two week trip to Japan. It was hard to fit a family of 4 with luggage, but at other places we stayed, we had no problem. We would not stay here again

• Piyaporn (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, very near to train station and there are many supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable for stay with prompt facilities in the room.
• Samantha (9/5): Great location and comfy - Comfortable space. I wouldn't say it very spacious nor is it very tight. There are two rooms, one with one queen bed and another with two queen beds. There was a surprise big teddy bear in the room with one queen bed. Secondly, is the location - near to Okubo Station and just one train stop to Shinjuku Station on the Chuo-Sobu line. Thirdly, they provide Nintendo Switch. Not many options, but at least something to keep the kids busy for a bit. The stairs is rather steep and narrow. Luckily it is just around 10 - 15 steps only. Check in guide said international adapter is available, but it wasn't there. Texted the owner but no response.
• Elaine (8/5): Would definitely stay here again! Place is comfortable enough for 5 adults and 2 kids - Very short walk to Okubo Station! Lots of restaurants nearby. Koreatown is about 5 min walk. Steep, narrow stairs. Might be hard if many luggages or baby stroller but it was manageable for the short stay.
• Andrew (10/5): Awesome location. Huge comfortable apartment! 10 out of 10. - The apartment was fantastic. It is very conveniently located only a few minutes walk from both Okubo and Shin-Okubo train stations. These stations are on different lines and give great access to most parts of Tokyo without the need to change trains - this is a major bonus when moving around Tokyo. Also, hundreds of shops are located at and in-between these stations, so its only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment itself was huge for Japanese standards (by far the biggest place we stayed in our 2 week trip to Japan) and was very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and the loungeroom was plenty big enough for us to host several friends for a few drinks before heading out. Access was super easy, and the check in & house manuals made everything simple. There are guides provided in 4 languages including English, so it was perfect for us. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. The entry passage to the apartment is a little cramped and is used by other apartments to store bicycles and garbage bags. While this wasn't a major issue, it detracts a bit from the otherwise perfect stay in Tokyo. This is common property so the apartment owners cannot control this, so no points deducted from this review. Also, the staircase to apartment 201 is very steep and narrow, making it challenging to carry large suitcases up, so elderly travellers should beware.
• Michael (6/5): We wanted 2 rooms at the end of our trip. It was expensive but it is Tokyo! - Location was close to an overground station. Kitchen facilities were good but only used the kettle. Towels and extras nicely presented Broken paper screens across the window of bedroom let light in and scrappy - needed additional curtain. Other bedroom had illuminated ceiling and a giant teddy bear which went in the wardrobe! Not enough seating although appreciate not much room
