- Daniel (9/5): Good value for the price. Clean and spacious. - Very good communication with the host. The house is located close to a train station, so the city can be reached easily. Supermarkets, konbini and and a couple of restaurants can be found in close proximity, coin laundrys are also close by. The house is spacious, clean and has AC. And allows for relaxed evenings. There is also a fridge and a freezer plus some cooking utensils (microwave, rice cooker, small oven, pan) We couldn't really find cooking utensils that would actually allow for real cooking. There were no knives or cutting boards, no spatulas etc. So while there were some devices and pans it was not really possible to put them to good use. That was only a minor inconvencience since we just opted to go for food somewhere else.
- Justin (6/5): Pleasant - Huge property! Seems like a lovely home. The whole house smelled very strongly of mildew. We had to air it out for a while before we could be inside. Also there was no hot water at all during our stay and the shower was freezing cold. Hard to access the home from taxi as the streets are very narrow. Would stay again if they fixed the smell and water issues!

- Elisabeth (9/5): a splendid journey and a very good stay in Tokyo in Wakamiya in this nice and quiet house! - The house was perfect with a nice garden and a lot of space, extremely quiet after the rush of Tokyo, the neighborhood very quiet with good shops and restaurants, very close to the station. We really appreciated our stay thanks for the house! we regret that there was not much information regarding the operation of the house, such as where to put the household waste but it is a detail, but maybe for the non Japanese people it could help. There was no towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes.
- Angela (10/5): A quiet, peacful, and refresing stay tucked in the heart of the city! - This traditional home with on-site parking and turf in the front garden is quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The bath and kitchen were clean and comfortable, with ample room for a large family. The host was very kind and communicated well. Thank you for your hospitality! Driving anywhere in the city is an adventure of crowded streets; I appreciated the pin the owner sent. I am very tall, so I must duck under most of the doorways in Japan. It took a minute to figure out the controls for hot water and air conditioning, but they were all very nice.
