• Ana (9/5): It was nice experience - we liked the apartment overall. Location is a bit far from the center but metro station is near, which make this place easily approachable.

• Oleg (7/5): Good - This apartment is not far from the metro station. It was pretty clean. % minutes from apartment there is a big supermarket. The apartment is located in the basement.
• Vito (7/5): Good - The position of the apartment wasn't great, under the ground. Wet inside. Also, the apartment position is in a bad area (ghetto)
• Megi (5/5): Passable - The location was very good, the area was good, the metro station and a big supermarket is also nearby. The host was nice and very correct with all the information and availability to help. Apartment was clean on the inside, and almost all the facilities were there. Beds were comfortable. The environment outside of the apartment was very dirty, from the outside gate to the apartment, and the windows as well. The windows especially were problematic because since it is some kind of basement and fresh air is missing, we were not even able to open the windows, because spider webs were there. Also since we booked for 3 people and one obviously had to sleep in the sofa, I expected the sofa to be ready with sheets. Instead I had to do it on my own. The double bed on the other hand was nearly on the floor making it not so easy to go in and out. The bathroom window had a curtain that covered only half of the window, so if someone passed the street they could see you do your stuff ^^ Also the ceiling right above the sofa bed seemed to be damaged and parts of it had fallen down.

• Lora (9/5): Superb - Great location, nice rooms, warm. The blankets could be put into their cases and there were no additional pillowcases.
• Irina (6/5): It is a basement! - Stylish design (as per my taste). Within 10 min walking from the metro station that takes you to Duomo in approx 20 min. Easy check in and check out (pick up the keys from the lock box). Good water pressure in the shower. TV has free Netflix, my kids enjoyed watching movies after full day of museums, etc It is a basement, which means you can not really open the windows and have to always keep the window blinds closed. If you open the windows it is 1) noisy 2) dirty 3) not pleasant as all you will see is the shoes of the people passing by and they will see you. Due to its being in the basement, it is cold and humid, the bed linen is not fully dry. This was a major disappointment. The host saves on kitchenette: for a family of 4, we had 3 coffee caps, 1 wine glass and exactly 4 forks. The host could have provided such simple and cheap things like: 1-2 tablets for the dishwasher, sponge, salt shaker. I will not be coming back.
• Filip (1/5): Absolute disgrace. We did not even get any compensation from the owner! Total joke! - nothing On the first night our room was flooded by the rain, the staff did not do anything about that, they did not care for almost 9 hours, then they moved us to a different apartment, much further from the city centre, with only 2 beds and 2 bed sheets, blankets, etc. There was 3 of us and we paid for a stay of 3 persons. Whole accomodation was absolute disgrace, staff was really rude and they did not do anything for us! Total trash.

• Andrei (9/5): Nice place. - It is a nice apartment, as other people mentioned it is below sidewalk and it could be noisy if you open windows, but windows are coated with reflective film so until outside is brighter then in a room, the apartment is "hidden" form the eyes. And there are a couple of good air conditioners, so you can keep windows close. There are big Esselunga supermarket, Affori Centro metro station, good sushi and pizza nearby, and a good park about 10 min walk. Not the best management and not the best attention to details. But also not the worst and they are trying, especially if you explain what you need. For instance I travel with my family, 4 people, and it was known at the moment I made a reservation, but on arrival I found 3 forks. When I told the host to bring more, I've get one (1) fork. It was silly and hilarious. Like, now we have 4 forks, for 4 of us, ok, but why not give some extra? So, the apartment itself are good, but the host have a room to improve a management skills.

• Rodion (9/5): great - everything is good, close to the center, near the metro, there is everything you need, a lot of different kitchen utensils for cooking, the owner answers and helps to solve problems a bit noisy if you open the window in the bedroom, but when closed everything is ok
• Gaia (10/5): Clean. Comfortable. Fantastic! - Super clean apartment! Very easy to access and straightforward to apartment. Next to Metro which makes it very easy to travel.
