• Anonymous (2/5): i would look elsewhere for accommodations next time. disappointing to say the least. - the apartment was nice however, 3/4 A/C didn't work, the fan in the bedroom next to the room with the 2 single beds had faulty wiring, and the light kept switching on every 45mins. The bathroom next to this room didn't have any soap in the dispenser, instead it was filled with water. for somewhere so dear to stay you would think that these outstanding items would not be an issue. All in All the place was nice but was definitely not worth 1400 for twos nights.

• Darcy (8/5): A really lovely apartment, very spacious and clean - This apartment is beautiful. The rooms are nice and big and everything was super clean. The view and balcony were amazing, beds were comfortable and pool is incredible. Gaining access to the apartment was a stuff around. The manager sent very detailed (and maybe a little over complicated) instructions and called to make sure we had received them but it’s still a mission.
• Charliza (2/5): Terrible experience with the managing agent but the property it’s self (aside from cleanliness and the tap) was decent. - The manager Tracy was rude and unhelpful and didn’t know how to actually enter into the property. Told us to walk 15 mins to the other side of the property just to get into the unit when that was unnecessary. Was told after booking and only a few days before we got there that we had to hike from one side of the building back around a massive block to get keys. The directions given my the managing agent was also incorrect. AND she was extremely rude when we were asking her how to find the property since the instructions sent we incorrect and unclear. The faucet also came fully off the sink as soon as we turned the tap on. There was poo under toilet seats.

• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was homely, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated being able to check in early on the day as we faced road closures and had to return to Townsville. Staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. Would definitely recommend it to others. We thank the hosts for being understanding with the unpredictable weather changes.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Five Star Service, Home away from home with spectacular views. - The host, accommodation, facilities and location were amazing. Highly recommend property and will be booking again next year. We couldn't stay longer to enjoy Townsville, all our family had to return home for work.

• Peters (9/5): We were more than happy with our stay in this apartment. - Location was excellent. Within walking distance/ a short drive to the city or strand. The unit was spacious and had everything you need to feel right at home. Beautiful outlook from the balcony both day and night. Lovely vistas from the pool. The process for entry into the unit was long and slightly confusing. Also, we were not informed that the pool would be out of action, as it was being drained for cleaning.
