Guest Reviews
- Clinton (9/5): Spacious clean apartment - Excellent location for Lords and Regents Park. Good clean rooms Some minor decorating needed - skirting etc
- Vicki (10/5): Just what we wanted if not more - Great location and clean Wish we could’ve stayed longer
- Guest (8/5): -
- Clinton (9/5): Comfortable stay near Lords - Spacious clean with a single bedroom ensuite and a well stocked kitchen. Spacious lounge come dining room. Note that the properties on the second floor requires walking up two flights of stairs
- Justin (3/5): -
- Duncan (3/5): My stay was horrible. - It was well lit and well equipped. The location was good, the environment was quiet. The heaters were not functioning properly, not warm enough. That made the house so cold considering it was winter and I was not used to the cold weather. Nothing was done even after complaining. I ended up very sick because I felt as if I was outside. The roof windows did not lock properly as well. The worst was the door locks that locked itself and we were not able to access the room until it was replaced. It really wasted a lot of our time.
- Tom (9/5): -
- Naturapharm (8/5): - Appartement propre et agréable Une des fenêtres de toit ne ferme pas
- Suet Yeng (9/5): Good location but lots of stairs. - It was very near the metro and check in was very easy. The house was clean and comfortable to rest in. The host is also responsive. The GPS gave the wrong location. The house was opposite the location given on the GPS. My family and I used all our phones and different apps but got the same wrong location. We had to spend a few minutes figuring out that it was on the opposite side.
- Jamie Simpson (10/5): -
- Judy (9/5): Lovely apartment in an excellent location. - Very spacious and well equipped. Loads of towels and the kitchen even had a Nespresso machine. It had 3 double bedrooms, but only one settee and an armchair
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Joakim (6/5): - Kind of energic landlord that tried to make up for a super-messy check in... The check-in was a disaster; wrong key in the box, went in to the room and a guy was sleeping there, got another room, changed to the original room as the sleeping guy did check out the day after...
- Pieter (8/5): suited our purposes for visiting SJW - Enjoyed our stay - location excellent -
Felt secure
The apartment clean
Household cleaning items and toiletries suppled
Washer/dryer available
Beds comfortable with ample pillows
Bed linen clean and two sets of towels per guest - useful if your stay is longer than a few days
Fan available for one room only
Dressing room and dressing table available in one of bedrooms
Ensuite and family bathroom
Use of balcony.
Big plus - parking available on-site Noted past reviews in that kitchen was not fully equipped - just allowed very basic cooking ie no oven dishes- same on this booking.
lack of complete cutlery set and cooking utensils - did not want to scratch the pans with utensils available.
Dishwasher needs topping up with rinse aid - left a chalky residue - only used once
No hairdryer available - we had travelled with one
Noted an iron but no ironing board
Shower hose in ensuite coming loose
Sofa really only seats 2 comfortably - and one accent chair - anymore guests would have to sit at the dining table
No recycling bin?
Duplex top floor so be aware a few stairs to take - note if you are travelling with heavy luggage
Entrance hall could do with a good clean - first impressions!!
- Yu Xiaoping (5/5): 当天天气比较热,没有空调,很热。 - 交通方便,靠近地铁站。 设施过于陈旧,
- Michael (3/5): Unique is right: uniquely dusty, uniquely squeaky, and uniquely bad enough that even our 2-year-old begged to go home. - Location Everything but location
Unique, yes — but not in a good way.
Dust under the beds, mattresses with springs that double as torture devices, squeaky frames, kitchenware so sparse we had to buy our own, and curtains that invite the sun in at 6 a.m. The place is tired, dirty, and in dire need of love (and a mop). Our 2-year-old’s verdict? “Want go home.”

- Clinton (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (8/5): Very good - This flat is in a great location,, close to the tube and bus. We had 5 guests staying but the kitchen only caters for 3 or 4 - with not enough mugs and glasses etc. A decent sized fridge and oven but limited other kitchen utensils. Two well sized bathrooms. When we arrived close to 5pm the cleaner was still in the flat! She then awkwardly stayed for almost another 90 minutes, spending most of that time texting someone. We wanted to shower as we had been travelling for over 30 hours and had to politely ask her to leave the vacuuming and just go. A strange checkin experience.
- Martins (9/5): Superb -
- Zerfahs (7/5): Great place to sleep.not so great for staying. - Great location and pretty peaceful for central London. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. There’s a lack of kitchen utensils and the dishwasher and shower were not functioning well.
- Gail (7/5): Perfect base for exploring London and lovely area to come back to in the evening. - Fantastic location, close to underground and in a lovely neighbourhood with independent shops, bars and restaurants.
Bedrooms were spacious and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.
It was nice to have fresh towels left for us, to allow a change during our 4 night stay. Insufficient comfortable seating for the number of guests. There were 5 of us but only soft chairs for 3 (at a push!). This spoiled an otherwise comfortable lounge.
Similarly, kitchen supplies were lacking - more cups and glasses would save constantly washing up to cater for everyone.
The beds need mattress toppers, they are uncomfortable as they are currently.
- Sharanya (7/5): Great location and perfect for a family. - The location was great! There was a tesco nearby and the tube was a 5 minute walk. We used the tube so often and were cooking at home so it was very beneficial to have those two aspects.
The apartment itself was spacious and sufficient for the 6 of us. They accommodated us to drop our bags earlier which was very much appreciated by all of us.
Whenever we did reach out during business hours, the property managers responded very quickly. The kitchen had a decent amount of cutlery and dishes.
Good and free wifi was provided and we had a tv centrally located for when we wanted to relax.
I would 100% recommend this place for a big group or family. - We requested for additional toilet paper and they requested us to buy on our own. This was strange because we requested for dishwasher and laundry pods, which they readily gave us.
- Cutlery and dishes had to be rewashed by us upon arrival.
- Kitchen door was very much in the way. If there were multiple people in the kitchen, it was very hard to maneuver because of the door.
- Instructions on how to use the washer, dryer and oven were not given. It took a little bit of figuring out on our part to get all those aspects working.
- We weren't given instructions to access to the backyard as seen in the photos. Unsure if its only accessible by the apartments downstairs.
- The smoke alarm randomly went off around 10-11pm. Although, we figured out how to shut it off, no instructions were initially given and we didnt have anyone else to contact.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lukas (8/5): Great location and well-organized space, but the beds were less comfortable than expected. - Great location and well-thought-out setup across two floors, providing a comfortable and spacious feel. The building consists mostly of other short-term rental apartments, which makes it convenient for visitors and adds to the sense of privacy. Check-in was smooth, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds were smaller and less comfortable than expected, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the house has thin walls, making it quite noisy at times.
- Hila (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a great location, very close to the underground, supermarket and shops very close
Good bedroom size and 2 bathrooms Not enough cutlery for 5 people, not enough toilet paper
- Mel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gillian (9/5): A great family break - A good amount of space for 5 of us. Very clean and very close to the tube and also a High Street with local shops/cafes and restaurants Nothing really. Maybe more soft seating in the lounge but when you're out most of the time, that doesn't matter.
- Goren (8/5): Very good - The location, the size of the apartment. The service of the hosting company: we asked for more blankets and were immediately refused, with no seeming effort to accommodate our request throughout the full week of our stay.
- Clinton (10/5): Very spacious and clean with nice kitchen - Very spacious and clean with nice kitchen Nothing
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (7/5): Not up to expectations....... - Location near the St. Johns Wood tube was very helpful. The flat was clean, yet smaller than envisioned. Modern, yet somewhat hastily detailed. The entrance/parking area was a mess. Not very appealing when first arriving. The elevator/lift was not working. Had to walk up a few flights of narrow stairs. A large delivery box obstructed the main entrance for the duration of our stay. The upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. Other accommodations where we stayed throughout the UK, ALL had multiple fans as A/C is not common. Had to request fans, which were delivered the second day. No guest "manual" to refer to. Overall, minimum effort made to make your stay pleasant.
- Blake (10/5): Brilliant!!!! A++++ - Wonderful property located in an absolutely perfect spot in London’s St. John’s Woods. Property was large, clean, and very comfortable. We have saved this location as our preferred choice for stay in London.
Car park in the front was very convenient. A block away from tube and high street. 2 blocks from Regent’s Park. Very clean, comfortable and modern furniture, practical amenities, very easy transport and access.
- Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (10/5): Perfect in every way, great location too - Everything!! 😊 Nothing
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to St John’s Wood underground station.
Lots of space and very secure. Very clean and lovely modern decor.
- Lindia (10/5): We will come back . - The location, the number of bedrooms with the same sizes of beds. Broken lift😀
- Dale (10/5): Exceptional - The space, airiness, cleanliness, kitchen facilities (though we did not use them) and roof windows. Some milk and tea bags would have complemented the coffee pods and be in line with hotel offerings.
- Giordano (10/5): Exceptional - So clean, so spacious, incredible location
