• Amanda (9/5): Fantastic accommodation in the centre of Athens - The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. It had all the facilities we needed and the location was ideal, so many nice restaurants and bars in close proximity. Also being so close to Syntagma Square it was ideal for getting to and from the airport, either using the metro or the airport bus. Nothing negative, the only suggestion would be a toaster and a couple of plates.

Everything you would need is available at the suite. Super nice and professional. Thank you for making our stay nice and comfy, definitely not our last time🙏🏻

Dimitris was in contact with us all the time. He gave us great advice were to eat. They both made us feel so special. There was sangria in the suite witch was a added bonus. I will visit again that's for sure. The suite was really clean and a great view from the balcony. We were so happy we went. We loved everything. Excellent all the way.

• Dimitar (10/5): - It is freshly renovated and functional. The location is also great The pillows were a bit high. One of the rooms can hear some noise from the street.

He recommended great restaurants, always got back to us whenever we needed anything, and was genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment's location directly on Ermou Street makes it a perfect choice for guests who love shopping and dining out — just like us! We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go without ever needing to call a cab. The place itself was spotless and had everything we needed. On top of that, since there were no other guests the day before our arrival and the day after our departure, Mr. Dimitris kindly offered us early check-in and late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Thank you so much — we would absolutely love to come back!

• Mara Juberte-Vītola (9/5): - Very good location if you want to have direct access to the pedestrian street. The apartment is on the top floor, but there is an elevator. Soundproofing is good, noise from the street at night is minimal, can hear some small noise from the moving elevator. The rooms are fresh and clean, the bed mattress is comfortable (not too soft). Exit to a small terrace. When returned to the apartment after a longer absence, there was a smell of old pipes - sewage in the toilet. This went away when using water.
• Elli (10/5): Experience Athens old and new in one place. - We loved the location and facilities. We were there for two weeks and it felt like home. Everything was clean and bright. Dimitris the owner was amazing and always available. The cleaning staff were great, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you want to experience Athens in the most authentic way Stay at Ermou 40. Ancient and modern Athens is right at your door. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks so much Dimitris and your lovely staff. We leave with wonderful memories and experiences. There was nothing we didn't like. That's why we will be back.
• boyle (10/5): - Dimitri was the best host! We were actually early and he met us outside and allowed us in. He showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. He provided us lots of coffee pods, even a lovely sangria wine! Dimitri was in constant communication providing us with tons of recommendations of what to do, where to go for all types of food. Just awesome. The location can't be beat! Take the lift down to everything you need, the street is full of shopping, restaurants, bats, coffee shops, markets, you name it. The walkable score is off the charts! The balcony is so awesome! We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Very private. Once the windows and patio door close it's very quiet. We slept well. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a central safe location in Athens. We loved it! Absolutely nothing!

Παρά το γεγονός ότι βρίσκονται στην «καρδιά» της πόλης, η ηχομόνωση είναι ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιητική, εξασφαλίζοντας ήσυχη και άνετη διαμονή. Οι χώροι είναι ευρύχωροι και καλαίσθητοι, με ξεχωριστό σαλόνι, προσφέροντας άνεση και λειτουργικότητα. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές, όπως ψυγείο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, βραστήρα νερού και μηχανή εσπρέσο. Το μπάνιο είναι επίσης άνετο και περιλαμβάνει όλα τα βασικά είδη περιποίησης (σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, υγρό σαπούνι), ενώ στα ντουλάπια υπάρχουν επιπλέον πετσέτες, μαξιλάρια και σκεπάσματα για μεγαλύτερη ευκολία. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν σύγχρονα κλιματιστικά, που καλύπτουν πλήρως τις ανάγκες τόσο για θέρμανση όσο και για ψύξη. Η καθαριότητα είναι άψογη, συμβάλλοντας σε μια ευχάριστη και ποιοτική εμπειρία διαμονής. Konum olarak canlı bir cadde üzerinde olduğu için caddeden gün içi ve akşam sokak müzisyenlerinin sesi duyuluyor.Gece seğil...İlk başta hoş olsa da odada uzun kaldığımız vakit biraz rahatsız edici oldu.

• Sara (10/5): A lovely apartment in a great location - A very comfortable and clean apartment that we loved staying at. The shower had great power, there was always hot water and the toiletries ( even dental kits ) were good quality. The bed and chairs were comfortable and it was nice to have extra pillows and a blanket in the wardrobe. The location is very convenient for shopping, sightseeing and eating out with buses and tram nearby. I thought it might be noisy but as it’s on a pedestrian part of Ermou Street it wasn’t which was great as we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Dimitris gave us lots of information and was always available if we wanted anything.

The lovely Dimitris was waiting for us downstairs and gave us a pleasant welcome, he was available and helpful and gave great recommendations. The apartment has a great shower with hot water all day, smart TVs, very comfortable beds and everything you need. Highly recommend
• Eynat (10/5): מושלם! מומלץ בחום - המיקום מצויין , ממש על רחוב ארמו בלב העניינים. החדר נקי, מרווח, בעל הדירה מקסים , זמין מיידית לכל שאלה , בקשה ומשתדל מאד לעזור. הטיסה שלנו הוקדמה ומעבר לזה שהוא איפשר לנו צ׳ק אין מוקדם , הוא הגיע לאסוף אותנו מנמל התעופה (בתשלום סביר) בגלל שהיתה שביתת נהגי מוניות. בקיצור מומלץ מאד מאד! אינטרנט חלש. רחוב ארמו לא עבר עדיין לסיבים ולכן הסיגנל שם חלש. ממוצע של 8 מ״ב.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the centre of the city, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment itself is modern, very clean, and super comfortable. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view from the balcony overlooking the buzzing shopping district was amazing — you can really feel the vibe of Athens! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was big, and having two TVs plus a coffee machine were great touches. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Direkt olarak şehrin kalbinde olmak, ara vermek istediğinizde hemen gelebilmek çok iyiydi. Dimitris yeme içme konusunda tavsiyeler olsun, genel sorularımıza cevap vermesi olsun - çok yardımcı oldu. Daire geniş, modern ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak özellikteydi. Asansör çok küçüktu ama hiç olmamasından iyi tabi ki.
• yulia (10/5): - לוקיישן, לוקיישן, לוקיישן! הדירה במיקום מצויין על רחוב הקניות הראשי. 5 דק' הליכה למטרו, כיכר סינטגמה, כיכר מונסטראקי והפלאקה. המון מסעדות במרחק קצר. הדירה מרווחת, נקיה, משופצת בטעם, מרפסת מפנקת שתולה על הרחוב. בעל הבית דימיטריס מקסים וזמין. התכתבנו המון במהלך הביקור והוא תמיד היה זמין לשאלות בנוגע למסעדות/ תחבורה וכו'. דירה מקסימה שמתאימה לזוג או לשתי חברות. מעלית קצת קטנה ומוזרה.

• Matt (6/5): - Good location! Close to a lot of places to go to.. WiFi was terrible! Could not watch Netflix or do business or check in on flights. Elevator was tiny and dangerous(no door or shield on one side, so if you accidentally touched up against wall while elevator was moving up or down floors it could be very dangerous. We had to ask for more towels, etc. no place in “kitchen” to wash dishes.

• ΧΑΡΟΥΛΑ (10/5): - Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική! Ειχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν έτσι ώστε να έχουμε μια πάρα πολύ καλή διαμονή. Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση απο τον ιδιοκτήτη, βοηθητικός και πάντα στη διάθεσή μας. Το συστηνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ίσως λίγος θόρυβος λόγω της κεντρικής οδού αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου.

• GeorgiosDimitrakakis (10/5): Spacious and well equiped apartment at the heart of Athens - The property is at the heart of Athens. Everything is nearby and you can walk to most of the major attractions. The family room is very spacious, with everything needed inside. Dimitris is very friendly and will help you out in whatever you might need. Nothing! We liked everything and we will return back to this property at a next trip to Athens.
• Jackie (9/5): Another wonderful few days in beautiful Athens. - The property was beautiful, very spacious and tastefully furnished. It was very clean and tidy. The bedroom was light and airy with large windows looking out onto Ermou Street which was busy with shoppers, buskers and musicians. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The sofa bed was a bonus. The 2 separate air conditioning units meant that the sofa bed area could be a different temperature to the bedroom which suited us well. Dimitri was an excellent host. He was waiting for us in the street when we arrived to let us in and show us around. He had thought of everything and there was a lot of attention to detail such as complementary toiletries and slippers. Nothing was too much trouble, he even came over specially, late one evening to help us to work the safe. The property is situated half way down Ermou, the main and very vibrant shopping street, making it very central and close to shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions. Our only negative was that we had booked the accommodation due to it having a balcony because I need to rest regularly due to a neurological condition and our room didn’t have a balcony.

Considerato che non è prevista la pulizia giornaliera, sarebbe opportuno fossero presenti attrezzi tipo scopa,, spazzolone, detersivi per pulire quando necessario.Struttura esterna da risistemare.

• Célia (9/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Situation exceptionnelle à quelques pas de la place Monastiraki, proche de tout (métro, commerces, restaurants, cafés). Late check-out spontanément proposé par le propriétaire, qui est d’ailleurs très accueillant et très disponible/réactif. La suite, très récente, comprend de nombreux équipements tels que sèche-cheveux, fer à lisser, fer à repasser, etc. Tout est neuf et de bonne qualité, la literie est confortable et la salle de bains est spacieuse. Le logement étant sur une rue principale, celle-ci est calme en fin de soirée et durant la nuit uniquement (ça ne nous a toutefois pas dérangé).

• Monica Lohne (8/5): - First, we need to say, "a fantastic place". Comfortable double bed, a shower with pressure and hot water all day, 2 double sets of towels and sheets so you can change during your visit. Some hotel styled shampoo, shower gel etc. A Nespresso machine, fridge, air con and balcony. Centred on one of the main shopping streets you are 5 mins (walking) to Syntagma square (15 mins if you stop for a coffee or smoothie at the coffee shop across the street mmm😊). Syntagma is the main hub for bus, metro, tram (40 mins to the beaches) Buy a 5 day pass here in the metro station for all public transport. 5 mins to Monastiraki square (fantastic, google it). 30 mins home if you stop for a coffee and ice cream at Kayak ice cream mmm😊. 15 mins to the base of the Acropolis hill and museum. 15 mins to Plaka and some of the best (and worst) restaurants in town. 20 mins to the municipal market. Which is on the way to the archaeological museum (30 mins). Yes, the lift is a little small, yes you have to put your toilet paper in a bin, but this is Greece, it's how it is. Balance that against the location, the extremely helpful Dimitris who proudly runs this apartment, and you have a fantastic place.

• Matthew (10/5): Great stay with very accomodating staff - Great location, modern amenities. Everything was great! The only tiny bit of feedback would be the AC - it’s fully functional, but can sometimes struggle a bit to keep the room cold in the peak of the day.
