Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Dhinakar (9/5): Overall a great stay with easy access to beach and walks. Pleasant. would definitely stay again - Great location, beautiful views of the bay. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious living areas and bed rooms. You can watch amazing sunrise from the balcony. So also moonrise in the evenings. A great place to relax and rejuvenate.
New TV with superfast wifi access. Unfortunately one has to bring their own bed sheets and towels. Parking can be challenging especially if you have big cars as the car ports are narrow and the turning radius is little. Keys had to be collected & deposited at a different location which is about 3km from the property. We can see the ageing of the apartment but it's well maintained
- Rosemary (10/5): Great location - The location was great. Situated between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay centres the walks along the shoreline pathways were easy with spectacular views and close proximity to cafes, shops and restaurants. Nothing!
- Andrew (8/5): We loved our week long stay. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with a beautiful view. - We loved the location and view from the apartment. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats stream out across the bay in the mornings and returning in the afternoons. The undercover car parking is challenging to manoeuvre a medium sized vehicle into, such a shame. Sufficient fans are provided and are effective but air conditioning would be more comfortable during our February stay.
- Pawel (2/5): nice location let down by too many issues and price. - location was great arrived at property to find 1 toilet paper for 3 nights for 4 people. First night no hot water available. It was bad enough paying over $400 a night we still have to bring towels and linen, all kitchen knives were blunt and not usable.
