• Sivuyile (7/5): Good - The room and its facilities Nobody cleaned our room for the entire 3 nights of stay no new towels no dust bin empty and cleaning. Pots were not clean my wife had to 1st wash the pots on 1st night before cooking. The toilet flush button broken had to lift up the lead to flush. WiFi is very bad we had to use our own data as tv was buffering. Outside of the building is not really good only at night with those LED lights are could enjoy.

I especially lived the swinging chair and the bathroom was also really cute. I liked There was a bit of a roach issue and the bathroom door kept coming off its hinges and the towel rack was falling off the wall in the bathroom and the shower head was moldy a little but otherwise...cute stay

Curtains and the couch had stains, shower glass not cleaned properly, cutlery and coffee mugs not washed properly. The place is not cleaned properly, and the furniture is under maintained.

• Shuntay (3/5): Poor - The set up/lay out of the unit is nice, everything is modern. No wifi problems. Had Netflix. We advised our check in time will be between 2pm and 3pm, however when we got there at 3pm they were still busy cleaning and the unit was only ready at 3:30pm. There was no toiletries or cleaning detergents as stated there will be, when sunlight liquid was brought it was in a Tropika juice bottle. The unit had a funny smell and when asked for air freshener, we were told the property manager will bring it that evening however we have checked out and no air freshener was brought. We had to ask for glasses to drink out of. There was alot of water issues which was an area issue. The rooms also had no sound proofing as stated. The microwave was also dirty and had mold inside it.

The manager was accommodating and responsive, for the price point it is such - The units are beautiful and are true to the pictures, it’s a very quiet and peaceful environment, it had very good internet speed for work I think the outside needs a little maintenance , fresh paint and small work done here and there. But it has good bones

The security system from the gate till ur room is top notch, felt safe through out. The bed and pillows had a very offensive smell, had to sleep on my towel. Shower drainage system very slow.. Only 1 light worked for room 13.😔 Overall the stay was not bad at all ....

The deco is modern and has a homely feel. Had everything you need for self catering. The pool is also a bonus The property as a whole could do with some TLC. It's a beautiful place just need to invest in keeping it neat and tidy on the outside. Some white sheets would be nice and reassures cleanlinessand hygiene, the fridge was dirty and saw some cockroaches

• Mary (1/5): Bad - Zero...Nothing! The most filthiest place we've ever stayed. From the moment you unlock and enter the room. Worst nightmare ever. Felt so violated and taken for granted, complete disregard of guest comfort and experience. The place was filthy, disgusting . The linen, dirty white polyester, plugs hanging, dust on kitchen lighting, the cupboards were filthy, broken mirrors, it was the worst experience. The bed was creeking, I can go on. A complete rip off. Very disappointing and false misrepresentation of the place. Photos on booking site do not parallel what and how this place is. Yellow filthy stains on cupboard right above the stove, big open holes on cupboard right next to the bed, dirty yellow blankets, the coffee hard and clumped in the filthy container...filthy disgusting bin, yellow brownish dirt on kitchen cupboard., Ended up using our own sheets which thankfully we always travel with, but am still itching just thinking of how I had to endure spending a night in that disgusting place.. Would've appreciated if at least the place was clean and there was regard of guest comfort and experience.
• Keotshepile (6/5): Cute place and comfortable, but if you are looking for some quiet time then this is not the place for you. It gets very - Location is convenient. It was too rowdy. There is no quiet time after hours, residents were making a noise for guests and it was impossible to sleep. We could not find parking as people had parked inside but were not booked to sleep over.

• Suzanne (4/5): Photos of this venue are deceptive. - The host was accommodating of my travel plans, and quite responsive, which I truly appreciated . The WiFi was also reliable and fast. Check in and check out was easy too. I picked this place because it was close to where I was attending an event. However, the photos on the website and the room I got did not match. My room was next to the gate, with plenty of traffic hence quite noisy. The automatic gate makes such a loud rambling sound, one can hardly ignore it - even at night while asleep. There was a lot of foot traffic and loud music, making for an unpleasant stay. The pool area is also rundown and doesn’t match the images online. The towels were threadbare and the mattress was worn out. I could feel the springs in the mattress as there was barely any padding. I checked into another place after the first night (although I had paid for four nights) having realized that the place was not what was advertised. No hand soap was provided. No kettle, welcome teas , dishcloth or scouring pad. I mostly blame myself because the rates were quite affordable.

• Zenkosi (8/5): Very good - The host called me personally to make sure I checked in well and offered us a heater as it was cold in JHB around that time. I really appreciated that. The pathway had water when it was raining, making it difficult for us pass by to our unit, but other than that, everything was great, and the host as well made sure she went an extra mile.
