- Justin (8/5): Beautiful views and comfortable apartment. Very convenient. - Great design. Huge kitchen. Beautiful views across the water. Very convenient within walking distance to most things in Mandurah. Good value. NBN is connected to the apartment, but no Wi-Fi is available for use. There is only one TV in the main living area, but with no internet connection you cannot use any personal streaming services to cast to the TV. The main bedroom upstairs has all the wall connections for a TV but doesn't have one. The main bedroom is huge, but only has a queen size bed, which looks tiny in the room. A king size bed would suit the room better. The living room and master bedroom have a bit of a funky smell. Suspect it being from the rugs. They are quite badly stained and need a good clean.

- Kareece (5/5): Passable - Location was great Parking underneath the House was ideal - especially how close we were to the entry & unit The size of the place was great The basics were all supplied in the unit which was great Kitchen was great The hot taps when run were pouring out dirty/rusty water every time we used them The upstairs two showers were unusable (very low water flow) There were no keys to the sliding doors, which is a problem when you have children There was a crack in the glass of the windows (next to the sliding door) There were no batteries in the remote of the TV

- Margaret (10/5): FANTASIC we all said we will stay again in this property - Location and everything that the apartment contained. Much more than we thought Probably bit more details on what is around the direct area, like where we could have purchased extra milk etc.

Board games provided were fun and a good extra addition. Sitting area outside was lovely. Quite dusty under the twin beds downstairs. A DVD player would be a nice addition.

The apartment was very clean the outlook beautiful and warm and inviting inside the property. We found the parking quite confusing. The allocated bay for the apartment was a little hard to find due to the fact the bays weren't in numerical or alphabetical order..the 2 bays not side by side quite confusing and there were so many bays throughout the underground parking
