• Chiara (9/5): Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi - sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita da questa struttura che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative. stile moderno, ricercato, minimal ma con tutto l'essenziale. Materasso nuovo , comodissimo, doppi cuscini, prodotti del bagno di qualità, doccia di grandi dimensioni, biancheria di qualità. Era un piacere rincasare. Staff gentile e disponibile l'unico neo, il riscaldamento un po' rumoroso.

• Anita (5/5): - Zentral gelegen, schönes Innen Design, gute Betten. Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Ich wollte eine Nacht länger bleiben, und musste lange auf die Antwort warten. Bei der Ankunft, ( self Check in) lag der Zimmer Schlüssel nicht bereit. Die Rezeption war kaum besetzt, es war unklar, wann jemand anwesend ist. So musste ich Reklamation immer telefonisch klären, und es konnte nicht eine Lösung vor Ort gefunden werden. Jemand kam und bot uns wegen dem Warten ein Upgrade an. Es stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer noch weniger dem entsprach, was wir gebucht hatten. Austattung war anders, das Fenster war noch offen, die Fensterbank war nass, Probleme mit Wasserdruck, die Toiletten Spülung und das Wasser in der Dusche funktionierten dadurch schlecht. Der Fernseher war deplaziert, konnte nicht genutzt werden eine Wand schlecht gestrichen. Auf der Homepage und im Foyer heisst es, dass Frühstück angeboten wird, dies wurde eingestellt. Für den Preis erwarte ich einen besseren Service. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das ist reine Geldabzocke.

• Stesa72 (8/5): DA RIFARE: IO CI TORNEREI NUOVAMENTE - Camera di dimensioni adeguate. Silenziosa in termini generali (anche perchè rivolta all'interno non sulla strada) ma si sentivano rumori e voci dalle stanze vicine. Non mi piace molto la moquette per terra, ma riconosco essere stata sempre pulita e profumata Il bagno in generale OK! Pulizia ottima, nulla da dire; magari ci vorrebbe più cura da parte del personale nel sistemare il letto utilizzato. Comodo il caffè offerto in "reception" con mancia. La posizione dell'Hotel davvero strategica, comoda e mezzi pubblici vicino anche con fermata metro diretta da aeroporto nei pressi!! In generale comunque ci tornerei. Il sistema vasca/doccia davvero. per quanto stessi attento a girarmi nella parte giusta, perdeva acqua e lo scendi doccia non era sufficiente ad asciugare le perdite . Infiltrazioni dal soffitto del bagno, ma nel complesso molto pulito tutto! Risistemazione del letto, da rivedere.

• Julia (10/5): Świetny pobyć cudowny hotel - Hotel w samym centrum, a jest cichutko. Pokój czysty, a recepcja przekochana( wszystko wytłumaczyła), w pokoju znajdował się nawet sejf i lodówka, duża ilość ręczników, żelo-szampon do włosów oraz po dwie pary klapków. Obok sklep otwarty 24h na dobę, polecam hotel całym sercem. -

• madalina (7/5): Nu mai revin . - Locația A fost frig în cameră, nu este recepționer aproape niciodată , deși la rezervare scria ca se poate solicita mic dejun la proprietate, nu exista acest serviciu. Nu am putut modifica nr de oaspeți, am scris proprietății ca voi sosi singură și doresc factură pe o persoană, mi au scris ca se va rezolva la venirea mea, apoi mi au emis factura pe două persoane, și nu am avut cu cine să comunic, dimineața până la 9 nu era nimeni, iar după 16 nimeni în recepție.Cu mențiunea ca nu am dorit schimbarea camerei sau modificarea prețului doar factura reală pe o persoană.

• Kim (8/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip! Tolle Lage, super Personal und bequeme Betten! Gerne wieder! - Das Personal war super lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war fantastisch, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war für einen Städtetrip perfekt, und vor allem die Betten waren super bequem. Trotz der direkten Lage an einer Straße hat man kaum etwas gehört und konnte sehr gut schlafen. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war leider nicht so gut und auch vor dem Spiegel hat es an Licht gefehlt. Die Dusche war nicht besonders gut konzipiert, sodass nach der Dusche das gesamte Badezimmer nass war. Ich würde Badeschlappen empfehlen!

Beautiful comfortable rooms. - We had the superior room with a bathtub, it’s a spacious room, nicely decorated. Everything was functioning, clean and comfortable. We loved the unique design, the creativity of turn an old building into a unique modern hotel. The location is very good.

• Chiara (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni presso 36 Design Hotel a Sofia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era pulita, ordinata e curata nei dettagli, il che ha reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Le modalità di accesso alla stanza ci erano state spiegate in modo chiaro e semplice, quindi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia al check-in che al check-out
