• MARGARITA MAVRADA (5/5): mixed feelings - Its central position in Ermou street with easy access to all main attractions, metro stations, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and modern. The bed. I felt my skin itchy the first night but on my second nights the itchiness was worse. Next day i visited a doctor because i had red big itchy pimples all over my body. The doctor said it was from bed bugs. I still suffer from it and i am taking medication. Really something to think about before booking there.

• Δημητρακακης (9/5): - Αν και το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ερμού Είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχο. Σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να μπορείς με τα πόδια να γυρίσεις όλες τις περιοχές γύρω σου. Ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Για τα δικά μου δεδομένα το στρώμα ήταν λίγο άβολο.

• Alexandros (8/5): - Excelent location in the heart of Athen's shopping street, but suprisingly very quite in the room which was of a really good size. Furthemore, the room was quite clean and the bed quite large and comforable. Some simple features like a shower door, soap dispencers, a small closet for clothes, a small kitchen table with a couple of chairs and possibly a welcome basket, would definitly upgrate the experience, especially for those that may want to stay for more than a Day in Athens :-)

• Carmel (9/5): Handy apartment very close to the sights - Newish apartment very close to all the sights and centre, shops, restaurants etc and near the metro to the airport. We walked everywhere. Responsive host answers quickly via booking.com. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and kitchen with microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle etc. Air conditioning worked well. No cockroaches😉 No remote control so no TV available. Host did not fix this when notified. Not a lot of cookware. Not much toilet paper provided which is a bit tight for the cost of the stay.

• Ellie (10/5): Great value and location especially if you are interested in walking as everything is close by. - The location on Ermou is fantastic! Right in the middle of everything and walking distance to all locations in Athens. The bath towels were horrible. They are so old and have been washed so many times they are hard on your skin. That was the only drawback.

• Karolina (8/5): Great Location and Wonderful Hostią - The location is excellent – close to the metro station and many tourist attractions. Even though the street outside was a bit noisy with music, the apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic – very friendly, everything was clearly explained, and we were even able to check in early. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of some cups and a hairdryer. Other than that, everything was great.

• Falciani (10/5): Perfetta per chi si muove a piedi o con i mezzi - Struttura in ottima posizione: si trova in centro in una delle zone pedonali di Atene. Non abbiamo trovato personale in loco, ma la comunicazione è stata perfetta attraverso booking, con istruzioni dettagliate per il check in. Ci hanno permesso anche di entrare anticipatamente rispetto all'orario previsto. La nostra camera quadrupla era spaziosa e con una piccola cucina.

• Yanina (10/5): - We arrived super early that morning and the let us do the check in at 8am at no extra cost (instead of waiting until 3pm) This was great. The place is just perfect for one night or two. Walking distance to anywhere. The bathroom color. Needs a renovation :-)
• gaetano (3/5): - Posizione centrale Non corrispondeva a quanto descritto nel sito: avevamo concordato un appartamento con due camere letto ed un soggiorno con divano letto per 6 persone. Abbiamo trovato due camere separate senza soggiorno, cucina insieme a letto e divano, mancanza accessori per cucinare, mancanza del minimo per fare pulizia, nel bagno le blatte, assolutamente non adatta ad una famiglia.

• Benhadda (2/5): Booked something bigger got something else smaller and worse - Location I had an issue, we are a group of 4 booked a flat with two rooms and a living room, obviously we didn’t want to share a bed, but got instead only one room with one double bed and a sofa bed. When spoke to the owner they told me they would give me partial refund and bring me another sofa bed, I didn’t want to have trouble and waste my time during my vacation, so I accepted and even tho they didn’t bring the extra bed.
• David (3/5): Poor communication and assumptions. We didn’t get what we paid for. - Good location. Very central. That’s about it. We booked a 2 bed apartment and were given a studio. They assumed we were a couple. We weren’t! Had to get them to come back to make up a sofa bed. We were told that we couldn’t move as the room we had booked had a leak. I’m guessing it had been rented to someone else. There are several apartments at the property, all off the main outer room. Kitchen was basic, opened bottle of water left in fridge. No remote control for TV! Bathroom (shower room). No holder for shower on wall so had to hand hold shower head. No hot water in basin. Beds were firm, but would have been much better to have had separate bedrooms, as we had booked. Asked for a refund (or even a partial refund) but nothing forthcoming. Had lots of locals turn up to use the outer room on the Sunday early. Lots of noise, people smoking outside.

• David (5/5): A very tired apartment but it served its purpose - somewhere to sleep one night - Location was central and good. Checking in and entry was simple. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and clean. In fact it was all we needed, somewhere to sleep, we spent minimum time in the apartment, it served it's purpose. The flat is in a worn out condition - flooring repaired with gaffer tape, bathroom very old, toilet 'compact' tricky to use, curtains do not open and partly hanging, bits of junk furniture, furniture in general was old and battered. When we arrived there was no electricity, a call to the owner and it was fixed when we returned that evening.

• Richard (7/5): Great location and great value. - Location was great. Good amenities within the suite. Full kitchenette with stove , fridge , microwave , kettle and dishes. There were huge windows allowing lots of natural light. Bed mattress was too firm.

• Aneta (1/5): The worst experience on booking.com ever! - Good location and nothing else It stinks! The smell in the room is AWFUL!!!! It was like sleeping in a dirty ashtray! And we were there with a baby! I complained to the owners and they did nothing about it! During the day we were out and we were keeping the windows wide opened and still it did not help with that disscusting smell! The sheets on the bed were not changed, they had a stain and smelled like the rest of the room! Also, the baby cot which was promised to us for the baby did not have a mattress!

• Jeanchristophe (5/5): Great on many plans but avoid if you have to work - Location, high end quality studio, comfort, cleanliness, equipment. I booked this rather expensive place because I had to work, but the wifi was weak and unstable, I could not use it. And 4G reception was also limited. Do not go there if you have an important online meeting. The rest was perfect: beautiful, clean, comfortable, well located.

• Shorena (8/5): In all, the perfect location made it worthy for us, as we stayed just two nights and didn’t spend much time at the apart - Great location. Didn’t have to use transport. The worst thing for me was that you get no assistance with bags after checkout. It was the first time I came across this issue. We just asked to keep the suitcase for 2 hours after checkout. The lockers nearby had big stairs and carrying the suitcase up and down would have been really hard. Besides, renting it from early morning was rather expensive. If there was opportunity to leave the bag two more hours, it would have saved us a lot of time. Bedside tables would be good. And there is no closet, we didn’t care but for someone it might be necessary.
