Important Information

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lauren (9/5): We had a great time at the property. It was clean and tidy and facilities were good. - Facilities were great. Basketball court a huge hit. Basketball ring locked to the highest height. There’s plenty of space in the bedrooms for a full size cot to be included and a basket of toys would really target (and be appreciated) by families. A larger BBQ would also be handy for a house that sleeps so many people.
Anonymous (10/5): we spent 6 days in the house and we all loved it. the kids especially loved the pool. - the pool and the whole house was beautiful. it would have been nice to have a lock on the main bathroom/laundry door for privacy.
