• Jean-paul (9/5): - L,emplacement avec nbreux restaurants et glaciers dans le périmètre et 15mn à pied du centre. L'appartement est fonctionnel le plus est les 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bains idéal pour 2 couples. Merci a Luciano pour ses conseils gastronomique. Piece de vie sans fenêtre. Mais vraiment pas gênant.
• Jan (10/5): Italian style - Perfect location with italian vibes. Very friendly co-host with great local knowledge. Centre of the city but quiet and secure. Enjoy the slopy kitchen floor! :) Small balcony for smokers only.
• Olena (10/5): - It was a perfect vacation. We had 3 nights in the appartment of mr.Lucciano. It was easy to find our stay due to the extremely detailed information send us by the owner. It's situated in a very quiet street in the city centre. We could arrive everything on feet. There are two bedrooms with really comfortable beds. It's very clean and well organised in the appartment. The appartment is perfect for the family of 4 or for two couples. We will definitely stay here again.

• DANIEL (10/5): Cómodo y bien situado en Florencia - Ubicación excelente: la calle Borgo San Frediano cuenta con muchos locales de restauración y está muy animada por las tardes-noches, El apartamento está bien conservado y es perfecto para 4 personas, además de estar muy cerca del centro histórico. Destaco la amabilidad del host, el Sr Luciano, muy atento en todo momento. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, llegamos antes de la hora de entrada, y pudimos dejar las maletas, mientras hacian la limpieza, nos dieron reseñas de todo tipo, para que nuestra visita a Florencia fuera perfecta!! • Sanj (8/5): - Excellent location. Away from the busy shopping area. Walking distance to the Pitti Palace and all the wonderful churches and gardens. The premises were clean and comfortable. The hosts were charming. There are also guide books there for those who want to explore more. Overall, it was great value for money.

Bit of a tired entrance but very Italian. The balcony was tiny and used for smoking I presume

The owners were wonderful to deal with providing great recommendations and very easy to communicate with. I cant speak highly enough of our experience here. Nothing.

Comfortable for 4 persons. Dining area had everything you need for a breakfast. Walking distance to the historical center of Florence.

• Maya (8/5): Wonderful location in a wonderful city - Amazing location near the Arno and within 20 minutes walk of the Duomo and other major sites, and near supermarkets and bakeries. Very clean apartment, and much larger than we had anticipated. Luciano was a very responsive and friendly host. A surprising amount of traffic noise from the street at the front, which made it difficult for the kids to sleep until we bought them earplugs.

Our host was very attentive to us. We enjoyed it so much we stayed and extra day. Perfect for a family. Especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommend

Our host was super helpful a - The location was absolutely amazing The apartment was very spacious and clean. The wifi was 10/10 and so was the air conditioning! Can’t really think of anything. It was an excellent stay.

• Aar14 (9/5): Superb - Nice, comfortable apartment in a great location outside the touristy area. Close to bars, restaurants and a few bus stops. Bathrooms were nicer and newer than what we expected from the pictures. One bathroom got really warm because of the heat outside, but that"s not the apartment's fault :)

• Mary (10/5): The apartment was furnished with everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. We were greeted with open arms and were cont - Spacious, clean and so close to everything!
• Wan (9/5): Comfortable stay and good location in Florence - Location was not too far away from places of interests and we were able to walk to all of them. The host met us on arrival and we only waited about 5 min before he came. He also provided instructions well before our arrival on how to take the tram from the flixbus station (Villa Costanza) to Florence. The dining space suited 4 persons and we were comfortable. Kitchen was a little small hence we took turns to help cook simple meals. It was great that there was air cond since it was rather hot in June. The host also recommended places to eat which we found helpful. Check-out was also seemless. Try not to use too many electric appliances all at once (e.g. having 2 electric burners at once along with the electric kettle). The electricity would trip but luckily, the host already forewarned us and we were able to resolve it very quickly as he showed us how to turn back on the electric should there be a trip.
• Rocio (10/5): Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence - The apartment is full equipped, comfortable 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Self checkin is very easy with the owner support. Luciano is the best host ever, very kind and always supportive. He recommended us nice restaurants and excellent ice cream shop near to the apartment! Location is perfect to visit Florence in few days, in some minutes you get to the most popular places by walk. I really recommend this property! Thanks Luciano for everything!!! -

• Jessica (10/5): couldn’t have asked for a better apartment, location, or hosts. - The location is perfect, 15 minute walk from the train station, many good restaurants nearby, and less than a 30 minute walk over the bridge to visit all the popular stores, plazas, and muesuems. The apartment had plenty of room for the 4 of us, so clean and cozy with lots of room to walk around. Our host couldn’t have made things easier for our stay, Luciano contacted me before coming, already provided us with the wifi and supplemental directions, and were ready for us as soon as we arrived.

They gave us an explicit step-by-step tutorial how to get in, asked if we needed anything else (like information about some sightseeing spots). We had a very pleasant stay and experienced florence in the best way possible!
