• Kgamanyane (1/5): DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS - The location was fair. It was pretty spacious, the breeze was refreshing, the bar tender was always available and resourceful. The TV worked well.1 Our stay on the first day was very unpleasant because of: -Dust upon arrival -Dirty pool -Dirty towels -Molded walls -Broken iron board -Limited cutlery -No washing machine as stated -No air conditioning, fan does not work and it gets extremely hot both day and night. -No hangers -Offered 1 roll of toilet paper (we had to purchase for ourselves). -Poor customer service (the owner of the room is not attentive, highly unavailable to attend to major accidents, she's rude as she hung up on us during a call we initiated to issue out a complaint, she doesn't take calls when needed, no sense of urgency whatsoever and she's very arrogant and unprofessional!!! -We had our room flooded with water on the first night of arrival and on the 3rd day during our stay, which ultimately forced us to move as we couldn't keep doing all the hard labour with no helpers and a manager to attend to us urgently. - We've demanded a refund and struggled to get our money back till date however we await..
• Sinothile (10/5): Our stay was very nice - The place was soo beautiful and comfortable,love that there’s is also a bar for cocktails.the pool was soo clean loved it soo much😍Love the service we got for the agent/host ,unfortunately when we got there our room was flooding with water as it was raining i immediately called the host and she moved us to a different room immediately,very nice service

• Yonela (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely open space with a lovely view, just as the pictures. Lovely garden that is well maintanined with a clean pool. Complex is safe and in a great location. The room is clean, comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen, all you need and much more (they go above and beyond with supplies). Janine and Manny were very friendly and made me feel right at home. Nice extra touches; having basics for before you make it to shops, fresh flowers, offering to clean mid stay if needed.

A special thank you to Ausi Jane for her excellent service and warm hospitality. Keep up the great work! During my stay, there were guests who made noise from 8:00 PM until 4:00 AM, which made it difficult to rest. I would like to suggest that the hotel place clear noise rules in every room to remind guests to be considerate of others. The policy could include designated quiet hours, for example, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM, during which all guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum. This would help ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and comfortable stay.

• King Ab (8/5): I was a bit skeptical when I saw the bad reviews but to tell you the truth the place is great. - The apartment is nice and comfy , the service is excellent and contactless , the location is cool because it is few minutes away from Melrose Arch.. we were struggling to get hot water to shower, throughout our stay we had to boil water to bath, and there was no heater in the apartment we had to bring our own because the place is really cold during the winter. And the blanket we found in the wardrobe was really old.. Apart from that everything else was just fine.

• Cancerian (7/5): We enjoyed the place and the friendly stuff, improvements will help - It's open, that is a big flex, we can move around, I like the braai / barberque facility, the kitchen, bathroom and the lounge. The area still needs some improvements, heading into winter they will need to add the heating elements. They can add sugar for the tea in the mornings and they could keep the place cleaner. The electricity issue is a no no for me, it kept making that sound which kind of irritated me and when it went off while I was burning the midnight oil, I felt that maybe they're still in the early stages of hosting so I am hoping they will improve but the place is beautiful I must say. I could see that they're still renovating the place but I hope to come visit again soon especially in summer. I'm sure it will be happening!

• Livhuwani (7/5): Nothing short of amazing - The pool was great. The roof that lets the light in gave a great ambience and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a proper shower-head. The host was helpful. The cracked tiles, the cracked stove and the WiFi was intensely slow.

• Angel (5/5): Comfortable - The place was quite comfortable, I enjoyed my stay. The host was very helpful and tried their best to accommodate me. It was peaceful and quiet which was exactly what I was looking for. Hot water, The water was not hot at all. I'm not sure what was happening there, there was only one adapter in the whole room, and the electric blanket was not connected and had no adapters to connect it to. The plugs were not working for some odd reason when I wanted to plug up the kettle to make a hot water bottle but other than that it was a comfortable stay
• Asemahle (3/5): Poor - The property had no essential, no toilet paper, no welcome tea or coffee, no pots. Only 2 small towels. Only 1 adapter.
