• Claudiu (10/5): - Everything it was as described, comfortable bed, silent air-condition. Do not count with private parking as someone else from the building use the parking and only for smaller car. If your car is bigger then toyota yaris then you can't park there.
• Riccardo (9/5): - L'appartamento è impeccabile, con tutto il necessario e una pulizia perfetta. C'è tutto quello che serve per permanenze brevi, medie e lunghe. Molto vicino al mio punto di interesse e dunque logisticamente perfetto. Il wifi funziona benissimo, inoltre il posto auto gratuito proprio davanti al portone d'ingresso è un surplus eccezionale (in zona il parcheggio si trova, ma è a pagamento). Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è super. A fianco c'è un supermercato, l'ufficio postale è a due passi e la stazione di Rogoredo (dunque anche la metro) è a 500 metri. Comunicazione agevole con i gestori. Per una permanenza di lavoro è importante avere un posto tranquillo dove stare con piacere e con la garanzia di un riposo di qualità. Promosso a pieni voti. La zona non è delle migliori. È risaputo che il boschetto di Rogoredo è un luogo non troppo ben frequentato: per fortuna il parco di fronte al palazzo è stato riqualificato, tuttavia di notte non consiglierei a nessuno di addentrarcisi e anche di giorno, pur non essendoci la percezione di pericolo, non è frequentato troppo bene. Di giorno non ci sono problemi, di sera c'è effettivamente la sensazione di non essere nel posto più sicuro, ma personalmente non ho avuto problemi anche camminando nella via in piena notte. Ovviamente i proprietari non hanno alcuna responsabilità, ma era opportuno segnalarlo. Essendo l'appartamento molto bello, c'è da credere che in altre zone avrebbe probabilmente prezzi diversi.
• Matei Priala (9/5): O locatie accesibila - Zona aproape de metrou, un mini market in apropiere la doar 1 minut de locatie, aproape de nodul rutier de autostrada. Locatia are 2 aparate de aer conditionat foarte utile in zile toride.

• Monika (1/5): - Od wczoraj pisałam z osobą która miała poinformować nas jak wejść do mieszkania .Nie dostawałam odpowiedzi i mimo iz zameldowanie było od 15 czekaliśmy prawie 40 minut w 35 stopniach aż nam odpisze .Kiedy weszliśmy poczuliśmy zapach stęchlizny oraz papierosów.Zapach był tak mocny iż musieliśmy otworzyć okna aby wywietrzyc pomieszczenie oraz wyjść z niego ponieważ smród był niedotrzymania.W mieszkaniu jest brudno mimo iż w cenie wliczona jest kwota za sprzątanie.W kratkach wentylacyjnych jest taka ilość kurzu że się wysypuje a byliśmy tu z alergikiem.Lodowka jest cała brudna,w zamrażarce za to stare otwarte jedzenie .Na stole,blacie oraz podłodze plamy i okruchy.Pod łóżkiem czyjeś stare skarpety.Za pralka w łazience nieżywe robaki.Ekspres cały brudny od kawy z skisłą wodą.Najgorsze jest w tym to że po 40 minutach w 35 stopniach i tak nie poczuliśmy ulgi ponieważ okazało się że klimatyzacja nie działa.Osoba z którą pisałam omijała temat kiedy prosiliśmy o informację jak uruchomić klimatyzację .O 18 przyszedł Pan który starał się to naprawić .Był tu 1,5 godziny i mimo to nic nie dało się zrobić .Okazało się że właściciel wiedział że klimatyzacja OD TRZECH TYGODNI nie działa i mimo to wynajął mieszkanie.Byliśmy tam z dwójką dzieci .A jest tu 35 stopni!!! Po ciężkiej nie przespanej nocy ,w której musiałam robić dzieciom okłady ponieważ w nocy było 30 stopni , wyjechaliśmy z mieszkania aby nie zagrozić naszemu zdrowiu .Wydaliśmy pieniądze na podatek 25€ pieniądze na autostradę 15€ .Zmarnowaliśmy cały dzień mimo naszych planów . Jeżeli nie chcecie przeżyć najgorszej nocy w życiu to nie przyjeżdżajcie tu!
• Betina_ (9/5): Very good flat fully equipped! - Good little apartment, fully equipped with washing machine, coffee machine, kitchen items, iron, etc. Great that there's a lift to the third floor and free private parking, although quite a difficult place to park if it's a big car. The host was really nice for letting us enter a couple of hours earlier than the check in time, appreciate it! I dislike the check in experience, filling so many forms, reading so many messages and videos, it was a lot of information. Also the sofa bed is really noisy if anyone moves, not really comfortable mattress, but for a night or two is not a big deal.

• Joel (10/5): Nice Accomodation but need to put the key box in the gate of the property for convenience. - Its clean and secured The system of getting the key in the key box which is located in the public area (children’s park) approx 20m away from the gate. Not so convenient if you are arriving during the night time and you dont have internet access available as a tourist. Close shop dont sell esim and sim cards. We ended up asking and pleading fir other peaple to share their hotspot.
• Luke (8/5): Very good - It was close to the train station and metro. Was nice and bright . There was no cloth, no tea towel to dry dishes, no soap to wish dishes, there was a dishwasher but no tablet or powder for it. Made it very very hard to make dinners without being able to clean up afterwards. They also left the duvet inner on top of the bottom sheet and then laid the duvet cover on top of it. Kinda gross that the duvet inner was sitting there straight on the clean sheet and then we had to put the duvet inner inside the cover ourselves. Not the end of the world but quite a pain when you’re paying that much.
• Keying (7/5): Convenient location, hassle free check in - Location is very convenient if you’re driving. Owner is very responsive and helps with everything he can. The living room can be a bit hot and hard to fall asleep. There’s a thin bedsheet but it worked well.
