Rolf (1/5): The money for the rent should be refunded, the deposit of 600 Euro is still not refunded - No breakfast was provided in the apartment No Light in the apartment, no hot water for shower, TV not functioning, Cabinet not installed for cloth but filled with garb ridge, stove working for cooking,
Raymond (1/5): I was not comfortable there - Location Construction site next to it means very noisy. No curtains no hanger no housekeeping. Informed to pay 600 after I payed the booking must be noticed before specially that the booking is not refundable . Have to walk to the post office to get the key and to drop it my self . No signature no prove that I dropped the key .no one there to hand over the apartment and check the condition. Too much pressure on the checking out time no flexibility at all . In short cut the management works for the good of the owner don’t care at all for the comfort of the tenants.
Gina (10/5): Excellent location! - Well appointed, spacious, comfortable and clean. Elegant furnishings as per photos. Quick responses when communicating with Irene via booking platform. Excellent up-market location close to Bond street station and walking distance from top shopping areas, theaters and Hyde Park. Not noisy despite close proximity to hustle and bustle. Easy key collection and self check in. Good online house instruction manual. Kitchen is really small, but had everything we required. Take note of strict house rules and deposit requirements.

Colin (9/5): Quality apartment in great location - Great location a few minutes walk to Bond st tube and Elizabeth line. Nice big clean apartment. Well furnished to a good standard. Collecting keys from Post office office around the corner very quick. Kitchen could be better equipped for cooking breakfast just basic cutlery at present.
