Ineke (8/5): Een huis op een fijne locatie met alle voorzieningen. - Rustige locatie, ruim van binnen, keuken goed voorzien van alles. De apparatuur is af en toe een uitdaging. Internetverbinding was uitstekend. Het bed was goed, na een kleine reparatie van de lattenbodem. De eerste dagen wat problemen met warm water, maar resetten van de cv loste het probleem op. Op loopafstand van Karlsbad, dwars door het bos of via het pad langs de weg. Buiten hebben we weinig gezeten vanwege het wisselvallige weer en temperatuur. De verlichting in de eetkamer met kleine zithoek was wat fel. De overdekte buitenruimtes, zowel aan het huis als beneden bij de rivier waren wat rommelig.
Chris (1/5): De omgeving is schitterend, maar let op bij wie je huurt - Locatie Kapotte meubels en te weinig aanwezig. Afwasmachine was defect. Barbecue incompleet en kapot. Wanneer dit werd gemeld kregen wij hiervan de schuld. Na einde verblijf is het huis door twee mensen gecontroleerd en kregen wij de borg terug. Nooit enige klacht ontvangen. Na verblijf zou een koffer van de eigenaar welke in huis zou hebben gestaan weg zijn. Kregen een (oude) foto opgestuurd met een koffer in de kast. Beschuldigde de eigenaar ons hiervan en eist een belachelijk hoog bedrag van 950 euro als claim. Riekt wat mij betreft naar chantage. Ik ga hier nooit meer heen en waarschuw nieuwe huurders voor deze eigenaar!
Mohammad (10/5): We had an exceptional stay - The villa is beautifully located by the river, with a lovely backyard garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything one might need, especially in the kitchen, which had all the necessary tools and appliances. The villa is situated within a gated residential complex with security, offering both privacy and a sense of safety. It features three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, another bathroom, and an additional lounge area that can be used as an extra bedroom, thanks to a sofa that converts into a bed. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. He generously allowed us extra time for both check-in and check-out, which we greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this property. We will certainly return in the future.
