Alba (9/5): - Buena localización para hacer turismo e instalaciones de la habitación muy nuevas. Las ventanas dejan pasar mucho ruido de la calle, una noche nos despertaron gritos de la gente y en general hay bastante tráfico a todas horas.
JUDIT OLM GRAU (9/5): Buena experiencia - Habitación un 10, decoración con mucho gusto y muy espaciosa. Nos gusto mucho y muy limpio zona común para hacer cafe gratuito. Que para que nos guardaran el equipaje el dia de salida, tuvimos que pagar 5€ y al final lo dejan a un lado de recepción y no esta controlado, ya que ciando fuímos a recogerlo no había nadie en recepción. Creo que tendria que estar cerrado en algun cusrto y más controlado ya que tienes que pagar. Por otro lado es una tercera planta, se tienen que subir escaleras, hay ascensor que cuesta 10 céntimos pero justo cuando estuvimos nosotros estaba averiado.
Salvatore (7/5): Buono, qualcosa da migliorare. - Posizione, arredamento nuovo, staff alla reception molto cordiale, caffè in camera. Bidet poco funzionante, ascensore fuori servizio, rumori provenienti dalla strada per tutta la notte, servizio bagagli al costo di 5 euro.

Flaminia (8/5): Un bel weekend a Napoli - La camera era molto accogliente, luminosa e pulita. La struttura è posizionata in una zona centralissima, nel centro di Spaccanapoli, ma nonostante questo è molto silenziosa. Il caffè a disposizione in camera è stato molto apprezzato. Mi era stato assicurato via Booking un early check in, ma purtroppo questo all’arrivo non è stato possibile e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il consueto orario di check in. Inoltre non era disponibile un deposito bagagli gratuito (ma solo a pagamento) il giorno della partenza, che tuttavia non era custodito (i nostri bagagli sono stati lasciati nella zona di reception di una struttura di accoglienza nello stesso palazzo).

Vittoria Bezzi (6/5): Nice place but noisy - Nice, modern and clean room. Check-in was very convenient with reception in the same building. There was complimentary coffee, tea and water in the room! The room had no soundproofing, you could hear everything from outside and inside the building. Weird smell and dirty location (not the fault of the hotel but still)
Emeline (8/5): Très bon séjour - Emplacement proche de tout notamment du centre historique et de la gare centrale, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est moderne, confortable (literie que nous avons apprécié). Espace de rangement pour y déposer nos affaires. Équipement dans la salle de bain, serviettes propres ainsi que le logement. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Nous pouvons laisser nos bagages en toute sécurité la journée lors du Check out si le vol est plus tardif, un vrai plus! Pas bien insonoriser (nous entendions les ébats sexuels de la chambre d’à côté…, la rue était un peu bruyante le soir).

Tgorja09 (10/5): Visit to Naples - Location was perfect for exploring the city, and seeing places outside the city. The Piazza Garibaldi Station is 10 mins away on foot. The Spacianapoli street just starts in front of the accommodation and leads directly to the Spanish Quarter. Everything was great. If you are traveling by ferry, the accommodation might be a bit further away from the port.
Simeon (8/5): Great option for a day or two in Napoli. Not easy to find, but nothing is in the old part of Napoli ha ha. - Great location in the old town of Napoli. Safe and secure. The balcony was a nice feature. Good sound insulation - we didn’t hear other guests. No cutlery or utensils.
Martin (9/5): Superb - A brandnew renovated appartement with still classical flair. Two very nice balconys. Not far to the train station. The city center of Naples is maybe not the nicest and cleanest area in town. But the appartement itself is very nice and clean.

Tanya17 (8/5): Nice room in central location at good price - Good location between central station, port and old town. Many eateries and cafes nearby. Lovely decorated room and nice to have coffee making facility adjacent. Very noisy as next to a busy road but that's just Naples. The mattress wasn't great for our backs despite clearly being a newish bed.
Hagstrom (5/5): You might not get what you pay for here - It was close to the airport and it was easy to find restaurants and shops I didn’t get what I paid for. I paid for a quadruple room that was suppose to come with two beds in it, and they put myself and my friend into a room with a single bed. When I told them this wasn’t what I paid for, they then tell me that the room I paid for was broken, which they didn’t say anything about during check in. The only compensation they offered in return was a free breakfast, which was only 14 euros total. My friend and I had to share a pretty small bed and room for our stay. Also, perhaps this is locational, but fireworks were going off all night long every night we were there and there is no sound proofing or anything. the doors to the balcony also didn’t close out any sound. So sleeping was very difficult
Anila (3/5): Unpleasant stay - Staff communicated frequently. Helped book taxi. Room smelled of sewage, the kind you smell in Naples' streets. Room is 200 sq feet not 400 as advertised. There is no futon. You need yo pay 10c to use elevator or carry your luggage 3 long flights of stairs up - and neither Booking ad nor staff mentioned it before arrival. Very firm bed. Unpleasant experience overall.
Marina (10/5): Way above our expectations - Everything was clean and very cute, even the little details. The room had 2 mugs for tea (which was complimentary, and coffee was as well!). The property is located in the centre of the city, 10 minutes from the central train station. Everything was perfect
Salvatore (8/5): Very good - Very clean, great position, great facilities, great communication and snooth check-in. The elevator requires to pay 10 cents to work over weekdays. Not very comfortable and pretty unusual.
