Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please Note: The elevator replacement project will be commencing on 3rd June 2024. Both elevators will be out of service between the hours of 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday for the initial 2-3 weeks approximately until 21st June 2024. After that, they will be working on one elevator at a time Anticipated completion date is on Mid-May 2025. Please note: You will be hearing noise from time to time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Neil (10/5): Great spot for a Sydney stay - The location of the apartment is brilliant. It is right on the Harbour and close to the Ferry Terminal. No need for a vehicle although Parking is available. The apartment is a corner unit and has views if both the Harbour and Lavender Bay
