McCredie (9/5): Great stay at sea temple! - Great apartment in ideal location at palm cove slightly away from main street. The apartment itself was in what I thought one of the better locations as was private from people swimming in the pool. Very clean and well equipped to cook including having a BBQ. My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and was hard to get kids out of the pool!! Highly recommended and great value compared to the actual sea temple resort prices.

Donna (7/5): Great location. - Great location. Lovely facilities within the Sea Temple. Spare linen in the cupboards needs washing. Didn’t expect for a 4star hotel the room wouldn’t be serviced during the stay and we would need to carry our rubbish through the hotel to bins in loading dock prior to departure. The outdoor spar has issues with some hers not working others are stuck in one direction. Staircase to roof needs repainting to look nicer

Upstairs deck area was 95% shaded all day. The balconies were also mostly shady. That would be great most of the year but a bit disappointing in winter. Had to leave the apartment for sun

Albert (5/5): A large apartment with all facilities that needs a good clean. - Good location, pools Crockery and cutlery were greasy and gritty - needed a proper wash. Plates too large for straight drawer setting so did not work properly unless user knew how to tilt the drawer to allow the washing arm to rotate. Floors were sandy/gritty so needed mopping. Not given car park access code - difficult with arrival in the dark. Hotel reception was reluctant to give out the parking code. Light at unit door did not work so difficult to find door code in the dark. Promoted second key no provided and took another day to be delivered on request. Main rubbish bins are a very long way from the apartment and circuitous to reach.

Every little detail had been thought of from Netflix to high chairs (not that I needed one). If I was super picky, I would swap the Astro turf for tiles on the upper floor, as in the tropics it gets wet,soggy and smelly and can be a haven for mosquitoes.

Chantelle (7/5): Great resort but disappointing apartment - The location, and resort itself was great! Awesome swimming pools For a 5 star resort the facilities of the apartment were disappointing. The pans were very old and food stuck onto them, basic coffee machine with no milk frother, the kitchen didn’t have great cleaning cloths especially when trying to take food off the old pans that were stuck on. Bed in main room was old and soft. The drying rack was old, and hard to use when you doing laundry all the time for young kids. Furniture well used.

Enough space for the kids to run around and play which was great. The swimming pools were fabulous too - especially the heated pool.

Prebooked 2 weeks before holiday for spa treatments, that were cancelled at last minute as insufficient staff on the day. Refused dinner in restaurant at 6pm as no booking on a Thursday. No private pool as advertised in room details.. Multiple stairs to access outdoor spa and barbecue area,.No lift/ disabled access to this area of our accommodation..

It would be great if there were some cheaper options suitable for families. The restaurant was lovely but not really kid friendly. The pool bar closed before dinner.

Samantha (7/5): Apartment price and location met our expectations. - Great view of the pool. Apartment/ Resort location was great. The apartment cleanliness was of a basic standard. Main bedroom bedding (mattress and pillows) wasn’t overly comfortable for us. Kitchen pots and pans were very worn and some couldn’t be used due to the wearing of the Teflon which was a bit disappointing as we had planned to use the kitchen a few nights of our stay.

The unit was equipped with a generous amount of crockery, cutlery etc. The rooftop was great and it was nice to have a BBQ area the advertised unit made us believe we had ocean views but you had to stand on a chair to get any view.
