• Sáfrányos (5/5): - To write something positive: - it is in a good neighborhood, everything is within arm's reach, - the beds are comfortable, - the living room is great as a communal space, it is spacious, the billiard table and comfortable armchairs were a good idea. We spent 3 nights here with my family. The apartment is a bit lacking in equipment. I would recommend hangers for coats in the hallway and bathroom, and for towels in the latter. The water temperature is difficult to change. It is separated from the apartment next to us by an extra thin wall, so it felt like I was sleeping in the same bed as my neighbor.

• Richard (8/5): Prag mit Freunden - Die Lage ist super, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vor der Tür fahren Bahnen in alle Richtungen. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. 10 Personen haben ohne Probleme platz. Kleine Kritik: Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnte mal wieder etwas Geld investiert werden.

• AGNIESZKA (10/5): - Lokalizacja idealna,blisko głównych atrakcji i wszędzie można dojść na pieszo.Rozmiar mieszkania idealny dla dużych grup i rodzin.Nas było 8 osób.Balkon i przestrzenny salon na plus.Blisko sklepów i restauracji oraz hipermarket jeśli chcesz sobie coś ugotować.Polecamy!!!

• Susann (9/5): Céntrico y grandísimo. Todo lo necesario cerca - Recoges la llaves de un buzón con el código que te dan por email. Piso enorme y muy cómodo. Calefacion en invierno iba muy bien. Bañera grande y todo lo necesario. Hasta lavadora y secadora, nos vino genial. No sabíamos cual puerta había que seguir, era de noche. Estaría bien alguna señal abajo después de entrar. No conseguimos usar el home cinema, no tenía sonido. La una pega que le puedo poner...
• Iván (9/5): - La ubicación está al lado de la parada de tranvía de Andel, que comunica con todo Praga. Hay un centro comercial muy cerca, un KFC, restauración variada y un PAUL para desayunar. Era pleno invierno y el piso guarda bien el calor, es silencioso y estaba limpio. Respecto a no tener ascensor: creo que es algo que debemos esperar. Los turistas debemos saber a dónde vamos y conocer (un poco) la historia de la ciudad. Los edificios son muy antiguos y no hay ascensor por norma general. Es de valorar (MUCHO) que haya lavadora y secadora. El menaje de cocina estaba en perfecto estado. Varias toallas en todas las habitaciones. TODO funcionaba. Es un apartamento que terminas haciendo "tuyo" ya que es acogedor y confortable. Cambiaria algunas cosas? Puede ser pero son detalles menores que no deberían influir en la no elección de este apartamento. Estos pequeños detalles he podido comentarlas con el anfitrión en privado.

• kasza (9/5): Świetne miejsce dla grupy przyjaciół na długi weekend - Everything was fine. Great idea with the pool table. Unfortunately, the entire apartment reeked of cigarette smoke on the first day. Work on that. 
• Cosmin (7/5): Fain in poze, dar fara detalii in descriere - Un apartament foarte spatios, la ultimul nivel al cladirii, cu multe camere, bun pentru grupuri mari. Amplasat int-o locatie foarte buna, cu acces foarte usor catre toate mijloacele de transport. Curat, bine ingrijit, cu toate ustensilele de care ai avea nevoie pentru un sejur mai lung, are inclusiv masina de spalat vase. Desi in anunt apare cu free parking, nu dispune de asa ceva. Cel mai mare minus pe care il are si l-am constatat abia dupa check in a fost faptul ca desi are 3 bai, doar una are cada/dus (ambele in aceeasi incinta si toata lumea trebuie sa stea la coada pentru a se spala), restul sunt una pe hol cu acces general (wc si chiuveta), iar cea de-a treia intr-una din camerele de la etaj (wc si chiuveta), cu acces doar din acea camera. Masa de biliard e doar de decor, de o calitate foarte proasta, instabila si cu unul din tacuri stricat. Nu exista lift.

• Georg (6/5): Maximaler Preis für minimale Leistung. - Badezimmer, viele Zimmer, Balkon, schöne Möbel Keine Klimaanlage, mobile Klimageräte und Ventilatoren helfen nicht, viel zu heiß im Sommer. Im Dachgeschoss und ohne Aufzug. Ein Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) ohne Fenstern – Erstickungsgefahr. Ein Billardstock war defekt. Für jede Kleinigkeit wird extra Geld verlangt. Für Tourismussteuern nur einzige Möglichkeit mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen.

• Sarah (9/5): really enjoyed the stay and the Billiard table was really excellent. - location was excellent. great for transport access (tram stops just at the apartment) and only a few mins into the city center and in the other direction Prague castle. A McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Tescos and large shopping center just meters from the apartment (and several other places to eat and shop on) Billiard table was an excellent addition and the group really enjoyed it. Apartment very comfortable/cozy temperature. 3 WC really good for large good group also. a lot of stairs to enter and exit the apartment especially difficult to carry bags up and down. 1 set of keys not ideal for large group. Shower and bath in one room would be better to have these separated especially to accommodate large group. some more large towels would be good.
• Charlotte (7/5): Large accomondation with potential - The central location by the tram stop offers the advantage of quick access to the heart of Prague. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, making it very convenient for guests. The flat is spacious, which is a plus for a larger group. However, it only has one bathroom, which can be a challenge for eight people. Noise from the tram outside can be disruptive, so light sleepers may want to take that into consideration. The dining area features a small table with only six chairs, which may not accommodate everyone comfortably. Additionally, the billiard table and other furnishings feel quite dated and could use some refreshing. Please note that there is no lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be difficult, especially for those with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The key must be picked up from a hotel located about a 10-minute walk away, which requires some planning if you’re also trying to arrange parking. Overall, while the space has potential, some updates and improvements would enhance the experience.
• Timea (6/5): Overall very spacious, clean and great for a group of friends in the center of Prague. Check-in/Check-out process ne - Very good for a city break, you have a lot of shops and restaurants. Great for hanging out in the main living room, very good coffee and teas, toiletries and other electronics. Highly responsive host and instructions were sent very detailed The key pickup is very inconvenient as you have to go to a different location first to get the keys, then try to find a parking spot and carry all the baggages to the property. This is highly annoying if you arrive late in the night. You will also need to deliver back the keys to the hotel after you checked out. Instead of covering up water infiltrations the property should be repainted. I wouldn’t recommend for a larger group, max 4 is fairly comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are very small and have no windows. If you are sensitive to noises during sleep, this might not be your stay, 2 of the bedrooms with the king sized beds are very exposed to the noise coming from all the city traffic.

• John (10/5): Brilliant flat in a great location. Would stay again. - Really spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Nice balcony. Shower rail was broken. Pool cues didn’t have tips so couldn’t play pool properly. Only minor gripes really.
• Clare (9/5): Amazing, and the apartment made it special as very nice and spacious, comfortable for all 7 of us . - Property was amazing, very big for all 7 of us , spotlessly clean … only downside was the stairs to the apartment, we did know about this but we was with a few 75 year olds who thought they was fitter so struggled with them . The host could have not been any nicer always answering any questions we had. Amazing place and an awesome city .definitely would recommend.

• Link (10/5): Exceptional - Cool apartment, everything you need for a group of friends. A big bonus is, of course, billiards and home cinema. The rest rooms are very cozy, the beds are large. Several toilets, there is even a cute children's room. The kitchen is equipped with everything, there is a dishwasher, a stereo system, a spa (we didn’t use it, but it was there). Do not hesitate to book this apartment, everyone writes about the elevator - this is a problem in many old houses in Prague. Sport - is life. We were warned not to make noise in the evening. This created some paranoia, because we like to sit in the evenings, chat, play billiards. We were worried, but calmly played quietly and listened to music - there were no problems with that. Respect all residents. Thank you!

• Lewis (10/5): Fantastic break away in a beautiful city, this apartment is a perfect base. - The property is in an amazing location, with trams and shops and restaurants on your door step. It’s 3rd floor with no elevator, so wear a fit bit 😀

• Smartur (10/5): Nice family journey to the Prague with stay in the unique Wagner apartment - The apartment has an ideal location for exploring Prague. Many interesting places are reachable on foot. Further places can be reached by public transport, the tram stop is located not far from the apartment. In the neighborhood we found a lot of different restaurants offering traditional Czech cuisine and a lot of others. The apartment is comfortable and atmospheric. We were there 2 families with children and there was enough space for everyone. Very good contact with the owner, who responds quickly to e-mails. One of the car parks recommended by the owner was a very good choice.
