• Marija (4/5): Spring ski trip in Kaprun with disappointing service - Since my ski holiday was during the spring season and the hotel wasn't full, I got a better room for the same price. Unfortunately the room wasn't perfectly clean, the sink in the bathroom was messy and the drain was clogged with hair. The room size and the bathtub are decent. Otherwise, I like the lodge's location in the town's center with a ski bus stop and shops nearby, and the hotel's simple spa with sauna as well. The reception staff wasn't informative enough during check-in and there was a problem with the staff at the hotel's restaurant. Although the restaurant works until 11pm and warm cakes served until 10pm are advertised on posters around the hotel, when I came to the restaurant around 9.30pm the staff member working at the restaurant's bar told me the kitchen is closed and that they can only serve me a garlic soup to go, after he allegedly consulted the kitchen staff. I declined after which he advised the kebab shop around the corner. He was unpleasant so I called the reception to share the events and seek information on the kitchen's working hours. The reception said to report to the manager and call me the next day, but I didn't receive their return phone call. One of the staff members later wrote in a WhatsApp message that the hotel restaurant with the kitchen is rented and outsourced.

• Raul (9/5): Super mooi & prima ligging - Zeer mooie en moderne kamer met uitstekende douche Het hotel zou in zijn geheel wel eens een grondige opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Absoluut niet dat het vuil was of zo, maar op de muren stonden hier en daar een vlek/strepen van valiezen of stoelen of iets dergelijks. Dit oogt toch meteen minder mooi en dit oplossen zou het hotel in de toekomst echt goed doen.

Jó, hogy chat-en lehetett tartani a kapcsolatot a front desk-kel. Sajnos recepció nem volt az épületben, a kulcsokat egy másik épületből kellett begyűjteni, ami kicsit kényelmetlen volt ennyi utazás után. A fürdőszobában néha erős csatornaszag volt - ezt jeleztem, de semmilyen választ nem kaptam rá.

• Erik (8/5): Prima verblijf voor een korte skivakantie in Kaprun, Zell am See en Saalbach-Hinterglemm. - Net appartement met ontbijt in het restaurant (onderburen). Vriendelijke uitbaters, die het echt goed willen doen voor de gasten. Ski opslag had geen beluchting voor de schoenen.

• Thomas (6/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt im Gegensatz zu Leogang nicht - Das Zimmer war ok Aber das Hotel in Leogang hat ein anderes Niveau Frühstück für EUR 25 sehr klein Zimmer als Studio sehr klein
• Magdalena (6/5): Optisch schönes Hotel aber einiges ausbaufähig. Für uns gibt es keinen zweiten Besuch. - Das Zimmer war mit einem großzügigen Bad ausgestattet. Zudem hatten wir eine 2. Ebene mit Sitzgelegenheit im Raum. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Es wurde weder gestaubsaugt, noch Staub gewischt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür, diese war extrem hellhörig. Wir haben alles aus dem Nachbarszimmer gehört. Unpraktisch war es zudem, dass es keine Rezeption/ Telefon im Haus gab. Bei Anliegen konnte man lediglich eine Nachricht schreiben. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

Baggage storage not on site. Staff not engaging or helpful when struggling with luggage. They could have held the door open. 6 chairs in 4 person room taking too much space with oversized breakfast bar.

Comfortable setup for a ski holiday This was my third stay at this hotel, and I noticed the breakfast quality has declined compared to previous years. There was less variety available, and it didn’t quite match the standard I’d experienced before

• Mariusz (6/5): KAPRUN super miejsce na narty, ale apartament bym zmienił. - Lokalizacja, .... Wielkość apartamentu słabo dla 4 osób, Śniadania bardzo słabe:(, najlepsza kawa, ale jedzenie bez wyboru, co dziennie to samo, mały wybór.

• Martin (7/5): - Well equipped and nicely designed apartment. Poor breakfast and substandard hotel service. Mainly an apartment establishment.
• Sasa (9/5): Overall nice stay and good value for money. - Very pleasant staff, especially Luka Blanusa who was helping us from the very first day, and was answering every request we had. Not sure we would have had as nice stay as we had, if it was not for him. Check-in was in another building and he helped us get checked-in and get extra keys. We were 5 persons and they were usually giving 2 electronic keys, but Luka managed to get us 5 - one for each one of us. He also helped us get into sauna one evening when main sauna door lock was malfunctioning. Also, hotel location is pretty good - 10mins walking distance from main ski lift in Kaprun and shuttle bus available almost in front of the hotel (1 minute walking distance). Hotel seems to be very new, in general is clean, has really good sauna that we were using almost every day, has good ski room where ski boots are dried and heated over the night and good underground garage fitting even our big 5m long SUV. Our rooms were colder on first night - after reporting it to facility manager and getting inspected, it seems that floor heating took time to heat up the rooms. From next day onwards, there was no issues with heating at all. Breakfast was rather poor - 2-3 kinds of ham / salami, 2-3 kinds of cheese, limited amount of breads, fruits, vegetables and cereals. Was OK but was expecting way more options.
• Jan (7/5): - Sauna a poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá. Velmi špatná komunikace barmanky v hotelu při příjezdu a komplikované předávání klíčů a hlavně neochota barmanky, která řekla že nemá s hotelem nic společného, ačkoliv se bar nachází v hotelu a k hotelu patří.
• Norbert (7/5): Not bad, but not great - Great sauna, excellent restaurant food, and a very convenient ski room with boot heaters. - Reception is located in a different building about 500 m away. - Walls are very thin, as mentioned in other reviews. - No room service, and room cleaning costs €35 — while toiletries and towels are provided, they are not refilled or changed, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. - Water pressure is very low if another room is taking a shower. - Breakfast selection was quite limited and below expectations.
• stjack (9/5): Piękne góry (choć śniegu coraz mniej), piękne miasto, piękne miejsce. - Piękny, nowoczesny obiekt, blisko centrum Kaprun i blisko (10 minut piechotą) do głównego wyciągu na stok narciarski lub trasy na narty biegowe. Duży garaż, skiroom, sauna, siłownia, restauracja. Szybko działający internet. Mieliśmy duży balkon z widokiem na góry. Okolica cicha i piękna. Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone, fajnie gdyby było trochę więcej anglojęzycznych i polskich kanałów TV.
• Laura (8/5): - Location was good and apartment was aligned with booking details. It took 3 days to release deposit. Breakfast did not meet expectations and the high price of apartment. It seems that cleaning has not been not sufficient under the beds
