- margaret (10/5): Fantastic location- we will be back - The property location was amazing, the availability to local area but then the city and beyond- the property was perfect for my family and our holiday. The air conditioning was very much appreciated as it was in the family area and made the whole apartment cool- the layout was also good for us

- Kiara (4/5): Good location but unclean and disappointing experience - Accessible location, could get early check in, comfortable beds, good TV, and had 3 bathrooms. Overall pretty disappointing experience. The booking process was frustrating, booked online but still have to fill out a separate form and email it to the property as well as provide a photo of your credit card which is so old school and dodgy. You also don’t know this until after booking and paying for the non-refundable room. The room smelt of old cigarettes, couches had a lot of stains, windows weren’t clean (visible cobwebs on the outside), cockroaches in the bathroom and dishwasher, Huntsman spider in the bedroom, aircon was only good in the living room. You also have to remove all of your rubbish from the room but they don’t tell you where to take this and you have to do your own dishes. They stated the importance of cleaning in several emails in all caps which just made it feel like a threat, again you don’t know this until you’ve booked and paid for the non-refundable room.

- Doug49 (9/5): Suite 10 - Good accommodation 1 bathroom but 2 ensuites which weren't mentioned. Ridiculous location for pickup of keys, we were dropped off a long way from the apartment with 3 people over 70.
It would be nice to have tea/coffee and milk available on arrival.
