• Gordon (7/5): Preisleistung ok... aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmeraufteilungen "unglücklich" in Verbindung mit den Bäd - Die Aussicht war sehr schön! Was auch sehr gut war, das nachdem die Kaffeemaschine den Geist aufgegeben hat, gleich noch am Tag eine neue gekauft wurde und obendrauf noch ein kleiner Blutoothlautsprecher und auch weitere Steckdosenadapter besorgt wurden! Super Service und nette "Betreuung": auch ein späterer Checkout wurde ermöglicht. Der Pool war auch sauber und wird wöchentlich betreuut. KüchenAusstattung war fast komplett bis auf kleinigkeiten. Die Küche selber war auch ok und die Möbel schön schwer! Viel Unkraut auf und um Grundstück. Die Couches im Aufenthaltsbereich sind durchgesessen und man hat das Holz im Rücken. Die Betten haben leider kein Lattenrost und nur ein Brett stattdessen und sind so absolut unkomfortabel und taten dem Rücken leider gar nicht gut. Die Dusche ist ein Witz. Wie soll man in 50x50 duschen? Ausserdem laufen die Fensterrahmen voll wasser wenn man oben die Wannendusche benutzt und ein Ablauf funktioniert nur bedingt. Die wände sind schön weiss aber die Geräte wie Klima vergilbt... kommt deshalb unmodern rüber... aber funktionieren. Der Safe ist quasi nicht befestigt. Aussderm mufft der Schrank ekelhaft. Die Gartenstühle/- liegen könnten auch mal ein paar Auflagen vertragen.

• Jessica (9/5): - Es ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und alles war sehr schön. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Da es bei uns nicht mehr so warm war, gibt es auch überall Klimageräte, so dass man nicht friert im Haus. Aber wir hatten sehr viele Katzen zu unserer Zeit. Es waren immer so von 5-10 Katzen am Tag. Natürlich meist die gleichen... Sie laufen über die Terrasse, schauen ins Haus und wollen sehr gerne hinein. Wir lieben Katzen und haben gleich am 1. Tag Futter geholt und so hatten die Katzen eine schöne Zeit. Aber ins Haus dürfen sie bei uns nicht... sie sind auch teilweise sehr anhänglich und schmusen sehr gerne. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.

• Enrico (9/5): - Ein wunderbar ausgestattetes Haus mit schönen großen Pool und einem freien Blick bis zum Meer. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Betten waren auch sehr bequem.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Views make it a very special place and we will return! - Lovely villa, amazing views. Extremely clean and Fanoulla the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Villa was spotless and also serviced once to a high standard during our day. Provided dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and also a welcome pack which was very useful as arrived late at night. Could be more glasses as mentioned in other reviews. There was only 3 of us so it was fine but I can imagine if there were more you would not have enough. Pool was cleaned once a week not twice as stated. Netflix was available a d then became unavailable for the last few days of our stay.

• Tomas (9/5): Superb - Nice and specious with a stunning view of Litchi. The villa location is perfect as it is the last building on the street which makes it rather secluded with an open view to the Vally. The villa is modern and furnished accordingly. Pool area offers a few sitting areas. The pool and the garden are well maintained. Communication with the owners was also great. They were really responsive and replaced a broken microwave within a few hours. 1. There were ants in the kitchen and the living room. As half of them were dead, it seems the house was treated, but the other half do bite. 2. I was disappointed to discover that the sitting area above the spiral stairs doesn't features the sofas pictured in the listing. Instead, there are 4 pink plastic chairs. 3. Kitchen can be better equipped. There were only 5 teaspoons.
• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious villa with spectacular view. Aircon in every room and basically everything you need is available. Host is helpful and available as well if needed. It’s not a minus, but just a note for those who will arrive without car. Walk down to Latchi is approx 3 km and way back becomes quite hilly and benefit of that is amazing view.
