• Dani Roedel (10/5): Conforto, anfitriões atenciosos e a localização perfeita: perto de tudo que você precisa em Orlando! - Localização excelente - cerca de 20 minutos dos parques da Disney e uns 30 minutos dos parques da Universal / Outlets e Shoppings. Várias opções de restaurantes, centros comerciais, supermercados e postos de gasolina nas redondezas - coisa de 5-10 minutos de carro. Apartamento super grande e confortável - estávamos em 5 pessoas. A lavandaria é dentro do apartamento - o que é bastante cômodo. Tudo limpinho e cheiroso. Anfitriões bastante solícitos. A única coisa que deixaria de sugestão é referente as vagas de garagem - as vagas são livres (sempre havia vaga), mas alguns dias tínhamos que deixar o carro bem distante - talvez seria legal ter vaga demarcada por apartamento. Mas não chegou a ser um problema de forma nenhuma.
• Esther (9/5): Superb - Spacious and comfortable apartment. A little too far from the Disney Parks (at least 30 minutes with traffic).

• Alison (5/5): Poor hosts, dirty property, problems with residents - There was absolutely no communication from the property before we arrived, I had been asking for the door code three days before we flew. When we arrived in the USA we had no phone service and couldn’t contact the property. It took hours to find a landline we could use so I could call the hosts.
• Luibrand (1/5): Not a good month. - The condo was spacious. Grounds were dirty, sheriffs on property multiple times, did not feel safe. No dressers for clothing, no desks and no luggage carts to move in and out. No place to walk, traffic was terrible.

• Crystal (1/5): Left Right After Walking In - Nothing! The whole property is terrible. Garage & outside area is dark. It’s nothing like the picture. Everything from the walls & doors to curtains to bedding & towels is dated & dingy & partially unsafe

• Cassandra (1/5): Overall unsatisfactory, not worth the price it’s inconvenient and not clean. - I liked the kitchen and the access to washer and dryer in unit. The bathrooms were dirty and had rusted faucets and hair in them. The electrical is trash, so bathroom lights flickered the whole trip as well as wifi never worked so TVs barely worked. Remote was chewed up. It’s at least 45mins from the airport so be prepared to pay a lot of tolls to get anywhere. There was also a 3 car break-in one of the first nights there. Super thin walls and floors so you hear everything.

• Galvan (1/5): We didn’t stay and they gave us a extremely hard time about a refund - The balcony was huge They didn’t not clean or sanitize properly. Hair and stains in every bed. Bathroom tub was dirty with hair and soap and dirty residue. Counters weren’t wiped and floors weren’t swept, vacuumed, or mopped.
• Lisandra (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very clean, large, and the main suite and the other two bedrooms are on opposite sides, which is perfect. The furniture is a little outdated, but works well and everything is in pristine condition. The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from shops and restaurants, 15 min from Disney. At the same time, in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing, really. The place is excellent. The only thing I would point out is that the pictures tend to show the condominium as larger than it is in reality. It is not a resort, it is a condo with swimming pool, a gym and a games room. But it works fine since most people are not in orlando to stay in the apartments. The only day we went to the pool there was only one other family there, so no crowds at all.

• Priscilla (9/5): Nice Location - Great location; comfortable facilities and nice pool. Easy access to pet area and bags. Residents don't clean up after their pets. Not enough supplies for length of stay, had to purchase paper towels and trash bags.
• Akhil (9/5): Spacious and comfortable condo, 15-20 minute drive from Disney - Spacious apartment with all mod cons - air conditioning, TV in every room, dishwasher, fridge, ovens, cookers, washer,dryer, iron. 15-20 minute drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Plenty of parking spaces. The Table Tennis and other facilities in the games room were slightly damaged. Couldn't find the sauna

• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Easy check in and check out. Beautifully furnished. Spacious rooms and full kitchen. Really appreciated the washer/dryer and the detergent that was provided. There was not enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay.

• Toto (10/5): Exceptional - we liked how everything was clean and tidy when we first got there, how clear the instructions were about the garbages etc., and how easy it was to contact the owner! . None that we can think of !
• Christopher (7/5): Nice size, too loud, some deferred maintenance. - I liked the size and furnishings. Soaps were a nice touch. My wife is OCD and she was finding hairs in the sheets. The general location had a lot of road noise coming through the sliding glass windows. Also, one of the glass doors on the master shower is missing the roller at the top so it is not suspended and rolling at all. Master toilet, you needed to hold down the handle to flush. Also, there was no generic upstay WIFI that would work without a password or using my email as a password, so you may want to update your WIFI instructions.
