• Tomasz (10/5): - Bardzo fajna miejscówka dla pary na długo weekendowy City Breake. Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu parkingu P+R ( optymalny w Wiedniu). Pod ręką Metro. W pobliżu sklepy. Jest też gdzie zjeść, jak sprawdzi się w necie. Sam Apartament bardzo schludny, porządnie wyposażony. Świetna komunikacja z Włascicielem przez Wathapp.

• Katherina (10/5): Für eine Nacht ist es akzeptabel. - Es ist möglich, zu übernachten. Die Gastgeber sind nett, ich danke ihnen herzlich, sie haben sofort reagiert. Wir waren bei heißem Wetter dort. Die Bodenklimaanlage funktioniert gut, aber sie brummt so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Nachts kann man die Fenster auch nicht öffnen, weil man den ganzen Tag über den Lärm der Straße unter den Fenstern hört. Badewanne ohne Abzug, keine Luft zum Atmen.

About place is that this apartment has utensils, so you can cook at home, have a tea with a coffee. Also internet and tv is here. And shower with already equipped shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste! As mentioned by some guests: noise from the outside.

• SHUHUI (10/5): 大推。 - 交通方便，在U1紅線UAderklaaer Straße站，穿過商場一小段路就到了。 房子內裝與圖片一樣，簡單清爽，室內配置是客廳一張好睡的沙發床，靠窗有另一張雙人床，中間以布簾分割，最棒的是有一台移動式冷氣，對室內降溫很有幫助。 馬路對面有兩三家超市，購物也非常方便，是性價比很高的住宿體驗。

• Anna (10/5): - Parking P+R blisko mieszkania. Łatwe samo zameldowanie, gospodarz przesłał filmik z instrukcją jak odebrać klucze. Lidl naprzeciwko mieszkania. Klimatyzacja przenośna spełniła swoje zadanie. Wszystko super.

• Mateja (7/5): - We liked the fact that it was close to the U-bahn and the P+R. The host sent us all the necessary information needed to access the property, and was very responsive. Even in April, the apartment was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. Due to high temperatures and a very busy road apartment is facing, it was impossible to sleep.

• Bojan (10/5): All we were looking for stay in Vienna - Very cozy apartment, everything you need for pleasant stay in Vienna. You have enough space for family with 2 kids, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equiped. Location is nice, there are few restaurants around, supermarkets and one shopping mall. Metro station is 5 minutes walk. Bathroom is clean and spacious but maybe ready for renavation

Coffee, tea and spices are also available. Parking area for a good price is in walking distance. Good location near the markets and subway.

Cheap parking for the car (P+R 16,00 euro for four entire days!) just 500 mt far from the house. I only suggest to consider placing a microwave oven

I parked on the main street next to the building where there were many free spaces, there is also a private parking nearby, 4.5 euros/24 hours.

• Maciej (9/5): Superb - Apartment not so much new but clean and in good condition. Beds comfortable, kitchen and it's appliances did it's job. Great localization - 200-300 m from Aderklear P+R where you can leave your car for only 4.10 euro per 24h (possibly 3.10 with beMove app - did not try that) and take a tube do Vienna center (Stephan's Platz). Very good contact with the landlord on Whatsup. Because of that our short stay was very pleasant.

• Marjana (9/5): Our staying was pleasant and peaceful. - We liked the location, cleanliness and the communication. The bed for my children, made of streched out sofa, was comfortable, yet it had no sheets, only a thin blanket.

The contact with the owner was nice and smooth - all info was shared in advance and they were helpful in case of questions. The location is comfortable and well connected to the city centar.

• Joanna (9/5): Superb - Comfortable accomodation for short stay. We didn't need to visit Vienna, so the location further from the center with free parking on the street was perfect for us. It was about 650 m to the metro. Very good contact with the owner - via WhatsApp. Only 1 think - The sheet was clean, washed, but old with stains.
